These guys are awesome, they make you feel welcome everytime. Big thanks to Mick and Emma for making my coffee perfect every visit. The 23rd street location could learn a few tips from this crew on professionalism.

This is the best carwash in town. Everyone is friendly from the employees to management. I've had memberships at other places and the overall experience doesn't compare to these guys. Keep up the outstanding job.

Twins? Andrew is super helpful and courteous. It looks like Andrew wears more than one hat. After he helped me with my acct issue, I drive around and there he is guiding me in the car wash...unless he's a twin.

Everyone here is so nice it's nice to see smiles on employees faces not like other car washes where everyone is unhappy at work I found my favorite car wash my car came out beautifully

Love this place, great wash. The free coffee, not so much, but this isn't a coffee shop after all so don't hold that against them. Just skip the free coffee if you want and get the wash. The employees are usually nice also.

DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH COMPANY!!!! Completely shady and dishonest ownership. So as you’re aware, car washes have been popping up all over the place. This location opened around December ‘22 (or so) They sent out introductory offers for a $10 first month. I signed up in January ‘23 and used the car wash maybe twice. February comes around and there’s a charge from McBees for $44.99. Oops, I forgot to cancel. So I call and was told I can only cancel in person. So I stop by and fill out paperwork to cancel my membership.Next month I don’t see a charge for $44.99 from McBees so no problem. Fast forward to January 2024 and I see a charge again for McBees car wash for $39.99. What?? So I search my transaction history to see if overlooked a lot charges from McBees. Nope. But there was a charge for $39.99 each month, no seller name just “24 highway”. I had thought these were charges for my kid’s lunch account at school on 24 highway. Nope IT WAS THE CAR WASH!! They charged me every single month under a different seller name.I called the contact number for McBees and spoke to man who identified himself as Brad Bradford. He identified himself as the General Manager. After explaining the situation, he refused to refund the charges bc I didn’t have any proof of cancellation. He admitted he could see that I hadn’t used the car wash since January but said it didn’t matter. I said no problem, he could find a copy of my cancellation form at the location bc I saw the file cabinet it went into. Brad said that the 24 highway location is under new management and all the old paperwork is gone so there is no way to prove that I canceled it. He also refused to refund the charges bc “I should’ve been checking my account bc that’s what adults do. If Netflix charged you every month you can’t come back a year later and ask for a refund.” I said true but Netflix uses their actual name on billing statements and also allows you to cancel online. Brad was extremely condescending and a really poor representative for this business. How can you justify charging someone for a product/service they never used under such deceptive circumstances? Just use some common decency here.The second worst mistake I made was to use my debit card when I initially signed up. Much less protection for consumers than the local bank.Bottom line: don’t go here. Maybe the wash itself is good but the people in charge of it aren’t. Businesses who take advantage of customers shouldn’t get away with it without at least being called out. McBees should do the right thing and refund my money. I will update this review if they do so

Nice people and a cool carwash but the back of my vehicle was still dirty both times we went. Each visit I got the best wash and it still wasn't clean. The rest of my vehicle was spotless.

10 out of 10. Staff is helpful. Vacuums are great really strong too. The compressed air is a lifesaver

Car wash does well, but most of the vaccumes are clogged. I'm about to cancel my 40.00 monthly subscription and take my money somewhere else that I don't have to shuffle around at just to find a working vaccume.
