Our store survived all the COVID retail thinning as is back to full operation thankfully... But now all of them are closing. It's a very sad day for crafty folks.

I used to love this store in independence but the past few times I have been there the workers are very rude when I have asked for help with something, I went today and the lady I spoke to acted like she didn't want to help me. I'm sure not everyone there acts like that but I guess I just got lucky to get the cranky ones.

So this store is huge with a great selection of everything. The only issue was Erica who followed me around the store like a shadow, and actually used profanity at me . I love Joann's but it is left a real sour taste in my mouth. However to the two woman who helped me understand the pattern books and decimal system thank you ladies so much!!!!!! They should be hiring y'all and getting rid of Erica.

I get emails all the time for coupons or new seasonal items on sale. When I went in for halloween/fall items they already had the start of some christmas items and winter themed things out with several empty empty shelves! The cashier was a sweetheart and while hoping to see more halloween/fall it was an overall nice experience

Every employee we walked passed would just stare at us. One employee and I accidentally crossed over paths and when I said oh I’m sorry, she just walked away without a word. When we wished the cashier a goodnight after not buying anything, we were ignored yet again. I love the sales they have but it’s not worth the rude interactions.

While I appreciate the online ordering process, the employees at the store often are rude and short. Today I was trying to do an online pick up because my entire family has Covid ( I do not so I did online pick up).
I did not want to wait in line and get near other customers, but they kept helping people in line and letting new people get in line and never helping me ( I was just inside the door trying to distance) but they would look at me and absolutely refuse to acknowledge I was there. They didn’t even take a moment to ask if I had a question.
So I finally had to go get in line and possibly expose all those people whom I would’ve been IN FRONT of anyway.
This is not the first time I’ve had extremely poor and rude customer service from the store, but today it was uncalled for
Usually I choose to go inside and pick up my package to be nice but the kindness is often not reciprocated.
