JOANN Fabric and Crafts is a huge store with a great selection of everything for DIY needs, from scrapbooking products and yarn to sewing machines and holiday supplies. It aims to be a one-stop shop where America's sewers and crafters shop, discover, and learn. Customers receive regular emails for coupons and new seasonal sales. The store offers a convenient online ordering process for shipping or curbside pickup. Many employees are noted as very helpful, knowledgeable, and great at troubleshooting, with some providing excellent service. The cashiers can be very sweet. However, experiences with customer service vary significantly. Some employees are reported as rude and short, refusing to acknowledge waiting customers. There have been instances of extremely poor and rude customer service, including one employee using profanity. While the selection is great, some find it limited at times, with empty shelves during seasonal transitions. Recently, the store has become even more limited in what it carries, frustrating some who no longer consider it a one-stop shop. The store could be bigger.
Our store survived all the COVID retail thinning as is back to full operation thankfully... But now all of them are closing. It's a very sad day for crafty folks.

I get emails all the time for coupons or new seasonal items on sale. When I went in for halloween/fall items they already had the start of some christmas items and winter themed things out with several empty empty shelves! The cashier was a sweetheart and while hoping to see more halloween/fall it was an overall nice experience
