Paid for 2 day shipping, arrived a few days late. Chain broke almost immediately after taking it out. Have tried calling, emailing many times and now can’t get ahold of anyone. Incredibly disappointed, won’t ever order from here again.

Been told 2 different days of when my grill was supposed to be here but despite having to wait the quality of the grill was perfect was nervous for the first time getting a grill but they reassured me that I was in good hands and that the delivery method had an error.

they don't even deserve a star .. they are liars. I took in my Eco drive watch from citizens to fix the time, but they decided it needed a new battery and opened the back. THE WATCH IS SOLAR POWERED AND it clearly says that the back is not supposed to be opened on the watch. By opening the back they broke the water seal AND messed up the settings on the watch. Not only is the time still wrong, but the watch no longer functions correctly...

I ordered a necklace and they messaged me within 24 hours saying they need a pic of my i.d. and the card I used to place the order. I thought that was weird but I did it. They shipped my necklace out within 24 hours fed ex and I received it within 48 hours. The wrong necklace was shipped and I notified Junaid. He had me mail it back to him and he mailed the right one back to me. I placed the order on Xmas eve accidents happen. I love my necklace and I will definitely be doing more business with jawa.
