My preparer Latonya was rude and unfriendly. Did not care about my questions or situation. I was charged $400 out of an $800 tax return, just to file. I will never file there again!

The lady that was supposed to do my taxes was standoffish from the time I sat down. When she seen that I was visibly upset and taken back that I owed she became even more unfriendly and impatient rushing me to make a decision in literally 30 seconds when I had only been in her cubicle 5 minutes. And for what? To convenience the old man that showed up for his appointment at two when it was at four because he was in your lobby, crying like a child.

I just wanted to provide an update. Corporate opened a case for me, but never called back. I called back at least 3 times to speak with some kind of manager despite them telling me one would be in contact with me. Never once received a call or voicemail. Today I received a bill in the mail for the tax years completed, and this is infuriating- and beyond unprofessional. Cannot help but think I am being singled out. I would give a 1 star review everyday if I could, if that's what it takes for a business to have accountability.

Never again I took paperwork that I received from the irs almost a month ago and the lady I spoke with name Mary said that she would look it over and get back with me and still as of today I haven’t heard back from her. I called and left several messages and still no return phone call. This is ridiculous. Cheri McDaniel is my name.

Absolutely never again they will mix your social security number up with other people and try to for you to pay debts you don't owe. When you ask for proof of debt they will not provide it. They allowed a woman by the name of Michelle Lane to use my social. (Name provided by the office manager) the office manager is unhelpful and unfriendly if you press her for information regarding the case. She does not return phone calls but says she did. I have loved this company for years but this has destroyed my faith.
