We were so happy with the staff and Dr when we took our girl in for urgent care. They were kind and compassionate when they helped and very gentle. They evaluated her quickly and gave us some options for treatment and lots of prep for what to expect and potential outcomes.

Our vet had retired and we needed a new place to take care of our dog. So glad to find Hidden Valley, every person there was friendly and professional. My pup was very comfortable because he was treated so well.

We LOVE this place! The staff always greets us with a smile and is genuinely pleased to see our fur babies. They provide quality care to our pets and give us honest opinions regarding possibly needed procedures. If they feel they are not experienced enough to perform a particular surgery, they refer us to someone they feel confident can handle the situation. Prices are reasonable, but the staff more than makes up for any necessary increase in their rates.

I was late to my appointment but I called and they were very understanding and still saw my pup! They were very friendly and amazing to my pup as well and I love how fast and easy the appointment was. Dr. Amanda Shaffer was calm and so sweet to my dog and she listened to all my concerns! Such an amazing experience.

I was recently a new patient. Honestly, I only went here because it’s the only vet in the area that takes my insurance and I was a little hesitant to go because I had to take my deceased dog to this clinic about five years ago and the staff was very rude about the fact I couldn’t keep his ashes. However, it seems that the people who work there now are not the same because I was met with nothing but compassion and understanding about the current situation with my new dog. They didn’t shame me about her weight which is only 2 pounds over anyway and they didn’t make me feel bad about how much she barked. Dr. Amanda and her team are lovely!! Winnie and I will be happy to go back knowing we’re in such good hands.

I was a new client who had 2 dogs with me and recently lost a dog. So I was very sensitive/emotional. They were very patient with my dogs and with answering my questions and concerns. They helped by going over pricing a couple times and gave me a quote on further work that I should take care of to keep my furbabies healthy. I really felt like my dogs were in good hands.

Took my dog for yearly wellness exam and vaccines and they was very unprofessional. Stuck my dog about 10 times in every leg for blood draw for lab work... gave me 3 year shots for things I normally get for a year didn't even ask if we was doing 1 or 3 years.. Disregarded my concern or recent growth in my dogs lip I explained that I had watched to get bigger and her response was "well, If it gets any bigger from this or starts bleeding then we'll worry about it. " Not once did she even get a good look at what I was even concerned with. Talked about if I should get my dog spayed at her age and all I got was a unsure answer. Got the impression I was dealing with children rather than adults. All they did was laugh at my dogs behavior because she was definitely scared and thought the whole situation was a joke didn't seemed concerned about my dogs itching or anything I feel like I wasted my time and money because they aren't cheap with services but I spent over $200 for a horrible service now I will never go back there.

Our Sweet Girl came in for her annual check up and from entering front door to exam room, we not only had a rockstar technician but new to the team Dr May. This crew was ready and willing to sit on the floor and take their time with our puppers as she could not contain her excitement of being at Hidden Valley. They were playful and patient as they waited out all the greetings Frankie had for them. Took their time in growing relationship, as well as, answering all questions and concerns. Hidden Valley also offers a rewards program, points earned can be applied towards services. Ours points were saved and then applied towards the cost of the office visit!! Yes, thank you pleased!!

I was in search for a new vet and Hidden Valley came highly recommended by many people I talked to and I was not disappointed! They were very kind and handled my dog with lots of care. I especially loved that they took the time to explain things to me so I could understand fully what was going on with her. Definitely recommend them!

We use the hospital and the groomers for our dogs. We have always felt they have gotten great care. And our groomer, Alenda, is amazing. She has gone the extra mile with one of pups who has special needs. I definitely recommend them.

I called on Thursday because my pup wasn’t feeling well, and the front desk associate said they just had a cancellation and could squeeze me in. As soon as I arrived, they assisted me right away in a room. The vet and the vet tech (she also said she is the lead boarder) were amazing! They not only made me feel better about my pup being sick but they also helped me with future boarding suggestions for my animals. Thank you so much for being quick but also taking the time out to assist me last minute!
