I had a great customer service experience today. Called ahead to inquire of a special tool I needed, and then the staff was very helpful in looking with me. Me and my service dog appreciated today's service.

Great store for disposable tools on the cheap. Some specialty tools that you only use once or twice you can buy here for the same price as if you we're to rent them.
