I came in after calling and asking if they knew how to do biracial hair and Angela said yes. I asked for very specifics meaning a trim,style, & shampoo. After showing them a picture and getting done I hated my hair. I’m not the type of person to tell you right away but I called and tried very hard to be very nice to the manager Angela but I knew off the jump she wasn’t trying at all. After letting her know that I would like partial or full refund she told me that’s not how it works and you’re not getting that. I asked for the general managers phone number and she said she wasn’t giving it to me but she’ll take mine. She’s very rude. I’m not sure why she just couldn’t try and fix it by giving me my money back. Please don’t go here if you’re black or mixed they have no clue what they’re doing.

I showed the lady a picture of what I wanted for my haircut. The lady agreed and said it'll be quick. Well it was QUICK but did not get the haircut of the picture I showed her. When I called to speak to the store manager, the lady said that they could only offer me a free haircut for my next visit. No apology for the haircut I received, said itll grow back and didn't even bother to offer a refund. So I said that i am embarrassed to go out in public, so I'd like my money back, that's when when the lady said that she will pass my information along to the gm.

Took my daughter in last minute to have a LOT of hair cut and trimmed. Jackie took extra time and care to get everything right with the cut. She also made it a great experience for my 13 year old. She has gone on and on how great Jackie was and how nice the whole experience was. Thank you so much! My daughter is looking forward to returning to maintain her cut and style.

I've came here a few times every time they do okay, today I arrived at 10:10 to get a haircut and their store was closed. Hours are supposed to be from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. On Sundays it's kind of upsetting that businesses can't even follow their own given timelines

Arrived at 10:30 AM on a Sunday. Google maps says open, hours on the door says should be open. Door locked any no one around inside. Went elsewhere.

Amber styled my hair today. I explained that I work in the food/bev/sports entertainment industry and like simple and easy to maintain styles. She cut off a few inches as requested and added in some layers. She did exactly what I needed. Thank you!
