Today we met with Glass Doctor about a sick window ? . They came as a recommendation from another trusted company, Window World, due to the type of solution we needed. We were so impressed with quality of service from the first time we spoke, to the follow up and the actual consultation. The bid to replace the glass was less than half the cost to install new windows and the solution, a more attractive fit! Thank you Ronnie in KC and Diona/Wojo from STL for your above and beyond professionalism and integrity ?.

Called on a Monday morning to see if they had availability to fix my passenger side window that was broken into. They were able to schedule the fix same day and were very upfront on what to expect. Total time of fix was under an hour and Darrell left the back of my car that previously was filled with glass cleaned up great. I would recommend them to anyone in need of a glass repair!

- Darrell was the first technician out to my home to replace the glass on the stationary side of my sliding door, he was able to replace it the same day as the quote which was convenient for me (as taking a full day off of work costs me about $250). However after installing the door he did not bother to check it as after he left I realized that the sliding door no longer worked properly and was extremely difficult to close and open.- I called for them to come back and was notified I would be called in 1-2 days to schedule a return visit. After about a week I called back again and was then able schedule a return date. They notified me they are unable to schedule time frames beyond 9-11 or 12-4 which to me doesn't make much sense since I work for a service company that can accommodate and schedule appointments within a 2 hour timeframe. The office staff was unwilling to accommodate my schedule and I had to reschedule this visit a second time after they tried to arrive before I would be home. (appointment was scheduled for 12-4 with the hopes of an appointment after 2:30, they called me at 11).- Ronnie was the technician who arrived to fix my door which was a simple fix needing only 2 screws and some WD-40. If Darrell had paid more attention and just added the missing screws (which he did inform me of at the time of service) I would not have had this issue.- I was originally going to put 1 star but Ronnie was respectful, prompt and quick with his work.- I would recommend Ronnie as a technician but would not recommend Glass Doctor.

Let me begin by saying, if you're like me, you never want to have to call someone to repair a window. That being said, I had to find someone to fix problems with three windows. I have sealed double-pane windows. Three of them had lost their air-tight seal and had streaky fogging. It looked pretty bad. I called Renewal by Andersen. They wanted to do the whole house and weren't interested in doing anything less than that. Nope, don't need that. A gentleman in my neighborhood suggested Glass Doctor. They sent a technician out the next day to measure and estimate. My front windows are a pair of casement windows. I only needed to repair one, but I decided to replace both because I had gotten tired of looking at the muttins (the dividing bars that make a window look old-fashioned). I also needed to replace the lower half of a single-hung window and one of the floor to ceiling windows, all with the same problem. The Glass Doctor ordered the windows for me and they arrived in a week. One arrived from the factory with a scratch, so Glass Doctor re-ordered. The tech arrived today with all materials. It took approximately 2-1/2 hours for him to replace all four. He was thorough, meticulous and cleaned up after himself. I am completely happy with his work and highly recommend Glass Doctor of Greater St. Louis & Kansas City 816-822-8855 (Kansas City).

after a mishap with the mowing company my apartment complex uses and i ended up with a broken window… they agreed to pay for a replacement and I received Ron as my glass specialist to fix up my driver side backseat window. not only did he get it done SO fast, he also fixed my door seal AND my license plate! i could not be happier with the experience i had. i thank you so much Ron Smith!

Cannot say enough good things about this company - my car was broken into the week that I was supposed to leave town so I was in a time crunch to get it repaired. After getting a steep estimate from one of the national glass replacement companies I decided to look locally and called Glass Doctor. I'm so glad that I did! Within an hour of calling Ron was at my residence and an hour after that my glass was completely repaired. Seriously 2 hours from call to finish - and at the end my bill was nearly 50% less than the quote I got from the national company. Excellent service at a fair price. Hire these guys!

I made an appointment for a Saturday (I even received an email confirming my appointment), and when I had heard nothing by 11:30 I called them. The person who answered the phone said they are not available on Saturday and he had no idea how I had made an appointment for Saturday. He told me to call around, and then he hung up on me. Not sure how they stay in business if they don’t know what they’re doing, and treat customers so poorly.

I called this company already having a bad day and the lady \\\" I'm sorry I forgot the name\\\" who took the call was soooo patient and professional they gave me a time and not long after I got off the phone I received a call from Darrel and by the time I was done with my lunch Darrel was at the house cutting the glass like a boss. A little pricey for the size widow and it was already taking out but I needed it done today and all others said next day so hey it is what it is.

Showed up the first time with wrong windshield. Said they could not get the correct one till the next week. Next week came and no call back from them so I called them. They said they had one and could come the next day. Later that same day they called me back and said that one had been broken and they did not know when they could get another one. During that phone call there was a bunch of noise and laughing in the background - so much it was hard to hear what they were saying - did not project a professional image at all. I will be using someone else and never calling them again.

Their technician was just driving downtown on Southwest boulevard yelling at somebody who was making a wrong turn yelling out the window of the service van. Not very professional

An entire window pane was replaced very quickly and professionally, Darrell did a great job, plus, he helped me out to figure out alternative payment methods when my credit card was not working on his reader. I highly recommend this company for anyone who needs window work of any kind.

What a terrific experience! I was very leery about having just anyone replace the windshield on my older camaro, but I chose Glass Doctor based on a friend's recommendation. The tech showed up at the house right on time and I was more than relieved when he said that he has over 20 years experience working on these exact cars. He was very knowledgeable, professional and had all of the tools he needed in his truck. He did a great job, completed in about an hour, and I am very pleased with the results.
