This is my first time in Independence Missouri. This was the closest gym from where I am staying.. I signed up for a free 7-day pass which I would only use today I was denied and told the 7-day pass is for in town guests only??? I was made to pay $20 bucks. Dude for real.....

Great location with new equipment. Nothing is worn out. Nice to have a lap pool that's not too small and a nice big hot tub and 2 saunas.

Super nice equipment, relatively clean. Had to try 3 different paper towel dispensers that were empty before finding one that worked.Only real complaint is that there seems to be a senior living community that busses loads of elderly folks here. It can be very crowded.
