Bought my teenage niece a pre owned switch here. It absolutely reeked of cigarettes. We tried cleaning it. But the smell was overwhelming when the system would run the little fan just blew out cigarette smell. Ended up selling it. Not good business to sell soiled items. Thought this was a reputable place. If I wanted sketchy used items I’d go online.

I preordered a game the week before it's release, with the release date the following Tuesday. I go to pick it up 10 mins after they open on Tuesday and they don't have my game, apparently it's still on the FedEx truck. Inexcusable and sets a GREAT reason for me to never pre-order anything from Gamestop again.

This is the second time I've come here to redeem my monthly rewards in the past 2 months and they have the doors locked at 11:30am. Gas isnt cheap. People are inside but don't want to do their job apparently.

We called customer service before we went to the store to make sure we could return this game and get our promo points back but Ashley and Brey kept saying they couldn't do it and when I asked to just exchange the game for a new one to then return they also said I couldn't do that because I was "trying to scam them. They continuesly talked over me, saying how i was just trying to scam them and they wouldn't help me at all. This was the worst experience I've ever had at gamestop and this is why people Re starting to buy stuff online or through downloads. We have a literally game stop credit card, thousands of points, and have been loyal to gamestop for years and this is how they treat their customers when there's one little issue.

Customer service has always been horrible here. In fact it is at every location. Even on gamestop.com this company is turned to trash. I recommend no one ever shop here again. Please I urge you do not buy anything from gamestop, you'll regret it. Go online to another company or go to a legit retail store. Not this one, not this company. I got an attitude from the employee about trading games without a case even though they sell games with out cases and I have gotten ones without cases online as if I am supposed to have to sell or with a case. How rude. Then she talked down about all her employees stating she was the new GM to "change things". Very unprofessional.

It's great to still have a local GameStop. Call me old school but buying a physical disk is still fun.The staff at this location are very nice and helpful. The store is kept clean and organized.
