Bought a pair of shoes for my girlfriend’s Christmas wrong size. We tried to return them. Brand new shoes. The employees were very unprofessional. Laughed and giggled every time we tried to resolve our issue. I spend $300-$400 there every year. I will never be back.Independence Center Finish Line is trash. Felt me and my girlfriend were treated poorly.

Went to Finish Line to get the tennis shoes I ordered and the manager was cool the only thing that was disappointing is they didn't have my shoes I wanted they were at another store (Independence, Missouri) but I should have them by Wednesday. Other than that Everything was ? good!

Horrible customer service. Lady working the register is completely rude and not very personable. Waited in line for her to help someone else for 20 min. Just for her to get my shoes then tell me to get back in line. Like what. Then had to wait again.

They are not open like their store hours say from 11-7 M-F & Sun 11-6. Tried going there on Sunday 8/7/2022 at 11am and the store had their lights all on but their gate was shut and no workers to be seen inside. They didn’t open their doors until close to noon & I was Finally able to go inside to return a pair of shoes that were shipped and fit too big. I went through the process of reordering the same shoe in a 1/2 size smaller (the young worker was very helpful) but when it shipped this week the shoe size was actually bigger than the original order. I reordered a size 9 Women’s and it was a size 9 Men’s which is like a size 11 in women! Needless to say they absolutely did not fit and it was the Warehouse that messed up because my receipt had size 9 Women’s on it, so I figured I’d go BACK UP to this location today, Friday 8/12/2022 to try to do it ALL OVER AGAIN and fix the mess up and of course they do not have their doors open AGAIN and lights are all off inside at 11:30am-So frustrating!!! Called the store and no answer, I Also tried giving customer service a call and it said it would be 36 minutes to wait to talk to someone. Finish line is a great store but not happy with my recent experience and wasted time and gas driving the 30 minutes to get there.

Overall, great experience. My only complaint is that, and I suppose ALL shoe stores are like that now, you have to go to the salesperson when you want help, they don't come to you like in the old days. Other than that, I'm pleased with my experience.

Close the store with no note as to why, don’t report the store as closed to the mall they’re located in, as well as they don’t answer the phone when there are employees walking around in the store. Kiosk owner right across from them said they had not opened doors all day. Drove 45 mins to return items and could and had to drive another 30 mins to Oak park location.

Ahmir, the store rep, was a great help, walked into the back and tried to surprise me w size 11 shoes, as I asked. We weren’t able to come up w a whole lot but he tried. Cassidy, the manager, didn’t attempt to help w the size 11’s. I asked her and she said “this is all we have on the wall” knowing well that they have shoes in the back.I am not trying to interfere with anyone nor their work ethic, I just feel that corporate should know how their store is ran.Thank you,
