Jacob is amazing with his customer service and knowledge. A year later he is still at this location and just as kind, helpful, and knowledgeable as he was when I first met him at the store. If you need help with any printing jobs.....go see him at this store!

Drop packages here frequently. Service could be improved in terms of wait times and just general attitude of people that check you out/scan stuff in. Pretty average location.

I happened to utilize FedEx this week to ship some very important documents overnight. The cost of course is a bit much but that's the way it is.The real thing I want to be thankful for is the representative that served us, named Kim.She was very professional, kindly, and helpful. We had a good conversation while doing our business and she made things very pleasant. She has not been there very long but was knowledgeable and professional. She is a good face and name for the brand of FedEx.

Do not use for passport service. The directory may say that FedEx does passport renewal services but they dont. They can take a passport photo, but they dont have the ability to do anything else. They cant even mail the application. Lost an hour to figure this out.
