Outstanding customer service and product! I just purchased my second set of rims from Dub empire and the service was unbeatable as always. Jess in the office helped me get set up with a great set of rims at a great price and D along with the guys in the shop got my wheels switched in no time! You can tell they really care about the customer. Highly recommended!

They charged me 100 dollars to have my wheels balanced and they still aren't balanced correctly. 100 freaking dollars . Called and told them they still needed balancing and lady said he could look at them . I know that game , and he would try to say it's something else . I usually work on both my cars and I'm not stupid . If I went back he would have charged a diagnostic fee . Why look at wheels when they need balancing? Place is a rip-off and now I'm down a hundred bucks .

Initially brought a used BMW wheel from eBay in to have it swapped with one on the car that was bent. AJ spotted that the new used wheel had a hop in it. I was going to chance it then thought better of it. He had a nice set of Beyren wheels in stock that I bought and am very happy with, no more vibration.
In conversation with AJ he thought that the run flat tires I had were causing the noise that BMW hadn’t been able to figure out. I bought a new set of tires here and the noise is gone. He also asked me to take him for a test drive to see if the noise was gone and to be sure that I was happy with the way the car performed.
I haven’t seen customer service like this in a very long time. Also the first shop I’ve seen use a torque wrench on log nuts in years. If you think you may have tire or wheel issues or just want to buy nice wheels or new tires this is the place to go.

Called them a few times about getting a new lock key that someone stole and the very kind lady said to bring it down and they would match it up for me and sell me a new key or order it if they didn't have it in stock because I had a blowout and couldn't get it off. Well called again to check as another tire that was about to do the same so I needed the key and she said yeah bring it down we'll match it up for u. So I get there and am told to pull to the front to get it checked so I did. Well he looked at the spare missing the lug that I had broke off close to where the blowout happened and asked if I had the lug I told him no they didn't ask me if I wanted it and then asked what I wanted. Told him I needed the key because it was stolen and I had a bad tire I needed changed. He immediately begins telling me he doubts they have it but asked the guy to take off the cap (he can't see the lug at all while he's saying this) and I tell him I talked to the lady she said u could match it for me and would be able to sell me the key so I came here. He then says it's not likely and if they don't they could break the lugs off the 3 remaining rims for $30 each. I tell him I don't want them broke off I want the key so I can keep them and get the tires changed. I'm on the phone with my friend the entire time and I step back and turn around and tell her he's saying that he doesn't think they have it like the lady had told us both already (yes she's called for me as well previously asking) and that they're wanting to break the lugs off for $30 each which I don't want and can't afford (I am on my 3rd day back to work after being off for major surgery). When I turn back around he tells the guy put it back on and looks at me and tells me he's not helping me and I need to leave.... I'm dumbfounded and am like huh? He says yeah I'm not helping u u need to leave (the guy is also dumbfounded by him telling him to put the cover back on) I was like what I thought u guys sold the keys and she said u could match the keys so I came here. He says no I'm not helping u and I'm the owner so u need to leave. My response "are u serious"?! Yes now get off the property and don't come back. I did indeed tell him FU at the end to which he bucked up and came towards me some and says f me?! I said yeah exactly.... Sucked me in to try and charge me to break the lugs off....
Went LOS HERMANOS got me a used tire and they broke the lug off for FREE which literally took the guy like 3 minutes maybe less (yup was there the entire time so witnessed the labor in action).
Guess if u don't drive a super nice car or want fancy rims you're not important (rims came on my car when I bought it) so won't be going back and definitely wouldn't recommend to anyone. Lady who answers phone is super nice on the phone though I will say that.
