This store is often out of advertised items. Sales that are advertised or deals are not available and digital coupons rarely work. The staff is not helpful as to why the coupons do not work and just say there is nothing they can do.

I go in and spend hundreds of dollars a week at this store for over a year. Get hassled by an employee about a 50$ bill, so I say give it back and I’ll pay with my card if you’re going to make it a big deal, and she tells me to get out of her store I cannot buy anything now. If me giving you 50$ and you give me 44$ back making you have 6 dollars more in cash raises the chances of you getting robbed, that math isn’t adding up.

Everything was all right until I stepped out the front door and it was solid black ice. I'm 58 years old and went down. My knee is completely scraped up and swollen. It also took the skin off of my pinky finger and pretty sure it's sprained. Not okay at all. Somebody's going to be contacted by me or my attorney.

Second time I have been there in the last couple weeks. My first visit the cashier was very rude I was walking to slow to her line, t I was standing in line when the person in front of me was done i started pushing my cart to her line when she yells at me I said next person when i got to her register i asked her was u walking to slow she just looked at me and said nothing then when I asked if she had scanned the pop in my cart she smart elick said I'm not magic, I just ignored her. Then my son and I was having a conversation awhile she was ringing my stuff up about him worried about not having enough money on his card all of a sudden butts into our conversation and says he's got enough money, how do u know.Again I just ignored her. Then the cashier followed me to the parking lot like I had stolen something. Then tonight I stop in for a couple items she's working told my son we will do self checkout to avoid her. I hit the pay with card on the computer here she comes jerks the monitor to her like it was some sort of inconvenience and says rudely next time hit the pay with card I responded I did and u do t have to be so rude so she goes into the backroom maybe she thought she was being cute and yells now you have a nice night.I said what is ur name she comes out all pissy like I made her mad because I wanted her name and said Sidney she was acting like i was stupid I told her I was reporting her then she asaid go ahead I'm banning you from my store well that struck a nerve for my son he asked her how she can bann us from the store she responds it's my store I can bann u and I will make sure to let everyibe know. It's not like we shoplifted I didn't threaten her I told her I was reporting her. Does she have a problem with people who have health issues or disabilities.She is probably the first and only staff from this DG to ever be rude the rest of the staff are very nice and helpful.

Lots of stuff blocking the walkways that should be on the shelves - every single day. You also gotta watch the receipt for sale items, some don't ring up correctly. However the employees are nice, they usually have what I need and it's pretty quick to get in and out.

Asked for a discount off a item that I found laying on floor due to scratches. Could not find another one and employee Sidney spoke no words when cashier asked her to help either give me a discount or find me another one. She stormed away and cashier said that her way of saying I’ll go check to see if I can find one. Why is this employee ruder then cashier. She could not find item and I was done waiting and holding up other customers so I finished checking out with other purchases. Why the heck would I pay full price for something I found on ground with scratches and why would u hold up line so long and still not find one. Amazing how anything avoids damage in that store. Very disorganized and stuff falls on floor everywhere
