Rude to customers, not informative, and customer service is terrible. I recently bought tubing for a project and it didn't work for what I needed. Went to return it and they wouldn't let me because once it's "cut" you can't return it. Mike, the employee is the one who cut it. There was 18 feet of it. It cost me over $30 and is now useless to me. There is no signs stating purchases are final or that you can't return it, and Mike did not disclose that it wasn't returnable. He simply just said "I don't know what to tell you" when I tried to return it. I will NEVER spend so much as a dime at that place again

I don't understand how the changing of ownership makes the customer service go from a 10/10 down to a 1/10 its just horrible. I'm all for hiring woman in the workplace but they gotta freaking know the trade and not be fumbling idiots that have never seen or used a power tool in their pampered lives. This isn't a bank, yet you hired a bunch of tellers that can't operate a computers part listing to save their lives. It's embarrassing how quickly this place has turned from having outstanding customer service to being a store filled with idiots that don't know the difference between a leaf blower and a trimmer.

Customer service has gone completely down the gutter with new ownership. Its really really sad. And I'm only writing this after having multiple bad experiences in a row now. This used to be the best most helpful place ever. I came in to get a simple part for my weed trimmer and I know they have it in stock. The lady just takes my name and number and refuses to go look. Calls me back the next day to say they had the part all along and wasted my time and gas on making an unnecessary 2nd trip to come pick it up. Freaking unbelievable

Before the change of ownership there service department for sharping chains was one if the best in this area usually done with in 10 days. After almost a month I went to pick them up and took them somewhere else. The place I took them to said I would have them done tomorrow I took them to them at 345 pm today.

They always have what I needed at reasonable prices and idk if it was the manager or the owner, all I remember about him was his iPhone had twitter notifications like every 5 seconds which was kinda funny lol. He was extremely helpful though. He stands at the front door and helps people as soon as they come in the door. A huge 180 from big box hardware stores where I can never find an employee.

Went in looking for a fitting to my fridges water valve. The employees were quick to help me and got me the exact right part needed to fix my fridge properly along with also telling me how to put the fitting together properly to avoid a leak. Fantastic employees and wonderful business.

Quite possibly the worst experience I've ever had in any store in my entire life at 55 years old this won't tell you anything about your saw and only one person knows and he's always on a conference call always every time I try to get anything out of them or drop myself off or pick it up or whatever he's on a conference call alway

Nice people at the store,helped with my weed eater.just wish repair person would communicate better with other workers.that way when I inquire about my weed eater getting repaired they would have answers for me instead of I don't know.will definitely be back

Much better than going to big box stores. Almost always someone available to help. The items might be a lil bit more than the big boxes but the service is so much better

Left my chainsaw to get fix, they told me 2/3 months I said okay now going close to 5 months. I called and ask when it'll be done and told them it's been there for a long time. All the said is you can come pick it up if you'd like. What for real? After I've waited so long just to pick it up not fixed.(after review was posted got called back just to let me know it hasn't been 5 months only 4 ?. I did say close to 5 months we're about to go into May soon. Now they told me to pick up my saw in a rude way.
