so glad i read other reviews before going to this lot for our car. VERY poor customer service and they knowingly sell lemons then are zero help. Ill enjoy my car I got elsewhere.

The sign said 816 Auto Exchange and there is not a phone number listed. Should have been a hard pass at that point. They could not provide the title. They answer the number on business card as, "hello" and "what you need girl". Two weeks to close the sale of a car. Unpleasant and a headache for a used car.

Very unprofessional. They knowingly sell cars that are going to break down as soon as they leave the lot.
