CVS in Independence offers a wide range of services to help customers manage their health and everyday needs. The store is open seven days a week, providing convenience for prescription refills, COVID-19 and flu tests, vaccinations, and personal care items. Customers appreciate the friendly and helpful front staff, with some noting quick service for items like energy drinks and vitamins. Many mention that the associates are nice, and the store often has good deals with the ExtraCare® program and weekly sales, making shopping both affordable and efficient. Online ordering for free pickup or same-day delivery is also available, saving time for busy customers. However, experiences with the pharmacy vary. Some customers have encountered rude or unhelpful pharmacy staff, especially during busy times or due to staffing shortages. There are complaints about slower service and staff being in a hurry, which can make interactions feel unfriendly. Additionally, the store's hours are not 24/7 as some expect, closing early on Sundays and most nights, which is disappointing for those who work late shifts or need urgent medications at odd hours. Despite these issues, the overall atmosphere is positive, and many customers still enjoy visiting for its friendly front-end service and convenient location. The clinic staff has received praise for being polite and knowledgeable, though some have had less satisfactory experiences with pharmacy staff. Overall, CVS in Independence is a helpful and friendly store, but improvements in pharmacy service and hours could enhance the customer experience.
Having to wait 45 minutes in line for a prescription pick up while there’s six pharmacy technicians and only one on the register is insane

Supposed to be open at 8 and they aren't employees are behind the counter at the time they should be open but they have it closed if they open at 8 that means they should get to work before it's time to open to prepare to open unprofessional didn't want to give them one start but that's the only way you can do a review
