“I went to Community America due to starting an account with US Bank. US Bank dropped the ball completely and lost my business within the first month. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by John. He greeted me and asked the reason of visit. John got me checked in and gave me some information about starting a new account. I was then seated in the waiting area.
