ABSOLUTE WORSE PLACE! I got my car “repaired” back in July. It’s been months and I still can’t remove whatever wax they coated my car with. Painted it the complete wrong shade of gray and it now has wax spots all over it. Even considered consulted with a lawyer about possible fraud and poor service due to the amount of damages they caused to my car. It looks horrible now with that wax and I can’t get it off. Women in charge is also a massive B word who gave me my car back with a nail in the tire. She just “forgot to mention it.” They all seem completely incompetent. DO NOT GO HERE.

I received courteous treatment from the front desk all the way to the person handling my repairs. They kept me informed through the entire process. The parts came in quicker than expected and the repairs were made very quickly. I would recommend Crash Champions to anyone. Absolutely a delightful experience. They were very kind and courteous. Everyone was very helpful in the advise on how to proceed forward with our Insurance company with our vehicle that was considered a complete loss. Would definitely recommend and would use them every time I need body repair on any of my vehicles.

Is Crash champions really trying to have previous customers pay for something they didn’t evaluate or repair through a claim that should’ve been closed? Very disappointing especially since the first time I got my car repaired through them, I had installation errors.

Our son goes to college out of state and was involved in an accident. This happened in May. He was able to drive the car away from the accident and really only had damage to his bumper. The car kbb at almost $9k. The insurance company offered $5.8k Crash Champions estimate to fix was $6.1k. We told them we would pay the difference. They told us they would not repair the car because the insurance company totaled it. Again no frame damage only cosmetic!! So I went to pick up the car to take it somewhere else and they had the car basically stripped down and refused to put it back together unless the insurance company paid them for it. They charged the insurance company $400 just for the estimate!! This process took 3 weeks for the final answer!! Lazy people who don’t want to work!! Worst customer service ever!! Don’t waste the time and money on this place!!Service: Body & Trim

Had bumper work completed from an accident. I’m pretty confident I could have used a spray can and ended up with less “orange peal.” Took my vehicle here because of reviews but my vehicle left with more damage than it came in with. But hey at least they were nice enough to put touch up paint on the areas so that I hopefully wouldn’t notice.

They took care of me right away. It took less than two weeks to get my car fixed from being hit by a semi truck. The front desk employees are very friendly and welcoming. The guys in the shop are amazing! You can’t even tell my car was in an accident. I hope I won’t ever have to but if any of my vehicles need collision work done I will use crash champions.Service: Body & Trim
