Great price on the tires but the service was poor. Not sure if Austin was having a bad day but he had little sympathy as was honesty very rude to the customer in front of me. Might need to check in on him/offer up some training in customer service.

Sunday morning crew was busy but still friendly. Gave me fair warning that without an appt it might take the full day to mount my wifes new tires. They were able to get me in sooner because of some cancelations and I really appreciate it.

I went to Costco to get a tire repaired, and my tires balanced and rotated. They repaired the tire but didn't balance or rotate my tires. I wasn't happy with that.

I love this Costco! We moved to Lee's Summit on Easter and hoped we'd have a nice Costco nearby, as we had a brand new one in Henderson NV where we moved from. I thought that one would be hard to beat. This location is even better! I have been able to upgrade my T-Mobile phone and service here. No activation or line fee for Costco customers. You have to pay that in their stores or even online, so that will save you $35 or $70 depending on your plan. I also love the HUGE selection of meat here!! We are certainly in BBQ country!! The packer brisket and pork butts alone make it worth the trip. Also, after being Costco customers for years, we finally tried the rotisserie chicken. OMG! Outside of my own smoked chicken and Stroud's it's the best I've ever had!! Moist, tender and delicious. HUGE birds for $5! No hormones or antibiotics either. I'm so impressed. Great sales, Chiefs items and apparel, great prices on food and household goods plus services. What's not to love? Oh, every staff member I've spoken to here has been just excellent. Costco takes care of their people first and you can tell they are happy. I am a Costco customer for life. I may try other locations in the metro area, but Independence is amazing!

I thought this place was great. I came as a walk-in on a Sunday morning at 10 and was # 2 on the list. I had a piece of metal that got stuck in my tire while I was driving on the highway. They patched my non-Costco tire for $11 and brought me back for a lug nut check, which I’ve not had at other tire shops. The service was prompt and friendly.The only downside: the overall bill was $110, $11 for the patch and $99 for the groceries I bought while waiting ?I have bought Michelins from Costco in the past, and that aspect of the membership pays for itself. My next tires will be Michelins from Costco.

We were visiting the area and made a quick visit to this Costco soon before closing, which was great, as it was emptying out. I was impressed by the large selection of artisan cheese and made a new acquisition, while my husband was happy to find cases of local beer for a good price. The self checkout was super fast thanks to a helpful employee who scanned the beer.

Love this Costco, literally has everything you could need at a great price even inflation considered. Apparently everyone else loves it too, because the place is super crammed throughout most of the hours. The foodcourt is unbeatable with fixed prices that have fortunately stood the test of time.
