Planned and had a birthday here. The packages are decent and affordable for what they offer with them. The staff is friendly and helpful and willing to answer any and all questions. The reason for 4 stars is the games don't give the tickets shown on the screen and the ticket counters tend to only have 1 running at a time. Other than that I would recommend this place for a fun afternoon with the family for big and small kids. They often have package specials for families to get the best bang for your buck and it's just nostalgic.

Going to play the games is great! It's a straightforward forward arcade unlike most around now. If you go to the cashier instead of the token machine, you'll get more tokens for your money, but that does mean you will be paying taxes. The pizza is insanely expensive, especially for how thin it is with very little pepperoni. You can't bring in a cake for your birthday unless you reserve a birthday booth, but the ticket payout was great! Maybe that's because the prizes aren't...Basically, just go to play the games.

We brought our three grandkids to this fun place yesterday. They had a great time especially riding the Go Karts. We also did the mini golf and played in the arcade. There is no entrance fees, one just pays for the different games.A couple of the games in the arcade didn’t work well but that didn’t spoil the fun.The staff was very helpful and all in all we had a great experience. Will be back again!

The experience playing golf, wasting some tokens in the arcade, and zipping around the go-kart track was fine. However anyone that had gone in the 1980s or before would be shocked. The four courses have been just barely maintained. Many functional parts (windmills, tilting rockets...) are just gone now. The gardens are watered, but only a fraction of the plants are present. Much of the artistic detail has been broken over the years and not replaced. The greens are in variable condition. Some are fine while others are loose or bunched. It just isn't the same and the courses are almost to the dilapidated stage.The arcade had a number of games off (broken), but most were fine. The go-karts were great. The staff was good and adequately staffed. I guess when you consider the overall condition of the businesses on 40 Highway the entertainment center is going better than expected, but if you know how it used to be you can't help but be disappointed.

It was honestly super lame. MostOf the game machines ate your coins or didn’t give you your tickets. Or didn’t work.The mini golf was poorly maintained. The only ok thing was the go karts. Overall I do regret spending my money here. It just sucks and total waste. But the employees are super cool! Just won’t be returning

Arcade was great hit the jackpot on multiple games! Staff were really friendly and helpful. There was a three hour unlimited pass for mini golf and go karts, and for some reason you could only buy it at certain times. Otherwise they have been getting more up to date

I brought my son here today 5/5/2023. It was at 5:30 and they were not busy at all. There was one helpful older gentleman who told me to get tokens from the machine and not the counter because you don’t have to pay tax. Other than that every young person working here was rude and not helpful. They were all standing in a circle talking, not wanting to be interrupted. When I went to the counter originally for tokens the young woman working argued with a young guy on who would help me. They were two feet in front of me arguing about helping me. It was awkward. I finally said “can anyone just get me some tokens.” That’s when the older gentleman told me about the machine. We used the terminator shooting game and only one side worked, the other took my coins. Several of the machines took the tokens but wouldn’t play. With the rude teenagers working there it was pointless to ask for our tokens back. We then went to get food from their snack shack.. the two people working said order from up there and pointed to the front desk and walked away from us.. so we didn’t even bother. We wanted to play mini golf, but couldn’t get anyone to help us get golf clubs. Overall the workers really ruined the experience for us. We won’t be back. Super disappointed because this was a staple of both mine and my partners childhood that we had hoped to share with our son. Hoping they see this review and make the necessary changes in employment to make this place thrive again.

I highly suggest buying your tickets from Groupon. If you try to buy them off cool crest's website and head in shortly after the staff will tell you it takes 24 hours for it to register in their system. This was very inconvenient. They had to issue a refund (which can take 5-7 days) and buy then purchase the tickets from them in person at the desk for a higher price. Other than that, the go-karts were really fun! Mini golf could use some nice decor or something to liven it up. Arcade was a little on the run down side. Some of them were out of order and/or displayed low tickets signs. My kids enjoyed it though so that made it worth it.

We had a blast One of the only places in KC to ride go-karts it was fun for the whole family it is close to the stadium so it's not too far from anywhere in town and the prices are just right I highly recommend this place if you want to have a good time

The golf was great. However, it took them over a hour for them to get our food cooked. We were the only ones in line. When it finally did come out it was all cold. All we ordered were 2 hot dogs, chilli cheese dog, cheese fries, and chilli cheese fries. We ended up playing in the arcade to pass time. Half the games were out of order. (Arcade pics are shut down games)

The machines took almost 1/3 of our tokens and then we kept losing our balls bc the fence let the balls out and the courses weren’t in too good condition but otherwise we had a good time.

There’s no such thing as perfect. Everyone will have something to complaint about. It’s life it happens. What I can’t complain about is the excellent customer service my family receives anytime we go. Our last visit in particular Will and Cameron (I hope I got names right) were the best by far! Thru went above and beyond to make sure my family had a great visit, which we did as usual! Thank you guys again, we’ll definitely be back.

Great memories from years gone by and this place is still fun! As I understand, it is currently for sale. Will somebody please BUY IT?? we need to keep a great local family-friendly business opened!
