My Commerce Bank location always does a really good job taking care of me thank you very much. Anybody would do well to choose Commerce for their bank.

I love this bank. Employees are fast to tackle any requests or problems you may have with your account. They have one of the best online banking apps. You can transfer funds from one account to another at lightning speed, right before you need to pay at the cash register while out shopping. I transfer extra funds to my savings all the time for safer keeping. Never had any problems with them answering the phone in a timely manner.

I have called over 8 times trying to get through to someone. As a customer it makes me want to switch to different bank. Very unsatisfied with commerce service. Thinking it might be time to switch banks...

The ONLY reason Commerce Bank gets one star is because NO stars is not an option. And, to be fair, this review is NOT specific to this branch (they have always been helpful and decent to deal with), but is for Commerce Bank in general. You're money is safer handing it out to the vagrants on the street corner. Commerce Bank pays virtually NO interest on their savings accounts (a measly 0.01%!!!!). They have questionable accounting processes where they will process all of your debits before crediting any deposits to your account, sometimes forcing excessive NSF charges. I opened my now-closed account over 20 years ago as a free checking account. The cretins then charged me a "maintenance fee" every month for at least the past six years. That is anything but free! After enduring another round of their questionable accounting practices, I asked myself, "I wonder if I can find a better bank?" Then, taking a cue from their current advertising, I answered a resounding "Challenge Accepted." We are beyond happy with our new bank! The service from the new bank is like the difference between night and day. I'm convinced that "Commerce" stands for "Common Thieves Stealing Your Money Any Way They Can." AVOID THIS "FINANCIAL INSTITUTION" AT ALL COSTS, IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!

So I opened a bank account with second form ID to use to withdrawn money from this bank a week ago I was allowed pull over 1000 off go today inside older lady wouldn’t allow I said why did guy drive through all it and blue springs bank but she wouldn’t don’t understand that that’s crud WOW don’t get it won’t go back to this one I’ll stick blue springs branch didn’t expect for it to be an issue

Everyone here has been so, so helpful helping me get my accounts sorted out lately. I wish I knew all of their names but I did catch Emily and Josh, and they're great- so thourough and professional! I never thought I could feel so at-ease in a bank. Awesome work all around :)
