I recently needed to stop by my bank to discuss a charge that was not mine. The banker I worked with that day was efficient and quickly resolved my issue. The charge was taken care of within a day and my account credited.

Since the additional ATM is gone maybe pull down the sign pointing towards where it used to be. 2 people were in line for the other atm. The teller I then went to with short blonde hair and glasses was putting off some unsettling vibes!

I wanted to make sure the lobby was open before I went to the bank, because I had to resolve several items. I checked the website which said the lobby was open. Then I noticed an option to make an appointment, which I did. When I got there, the lobby was closed due to lack of staffing. I called the number on the closed sign and said that I had made an appointment online. The employee said that they don't get notified when customers make appointments online and that they can't change the lobby status on the website. What is the point of having a lobby status or being able to make an appointment with nobody? The employee was able to take care of some of the items I went to take care of in the drive thru. It took about 15 minutes with cars waiting behind us. The person in front of us took at least 15 minutes, as well. I appreciate that the two employees there did the best they could given the situation; but I wouldn't have gone at all if the website had been accurate. Google Maps has the live status of how busy the bank is, but the bank can't have the current status of their lobby or of appointments made online.

THE. WORST. BRANCH.
Not only is the management severely lacking professionalism and education, but the amount of communication and customer service skills is so poor that it makes nearly every task or inquiry impossible to solve. No one should ever be judged by another for the amount that is in their account or the financial hardships they encounter. However, Melody (the manager, mind you) does not comprehend this concept.
I would never choose to use this branch, or the entire company, EVER.

I have banked with Commerce for 30 years, I have had great customer service, great interactions and they are on top of fraudulent card activity, they caught it before I knew it had happened and it took 5 minutes to get me going and on with my life! I would recommend Commerce to anyone looking for a bank.

Constant mistakes. They constantly mess up deposits and withdraws between my father and I.They also have on multiple occasions emptied my bank account withdrawing large sums of money for some other lady who's account number is similar to mine. After being on the phone for nearly an hour they assured me.it would all be fixed by the end of.the day ( this is at 10 am, so I had to wait an entire other business day for a mistake THEY made ) only.to find out this morning that nothing has changed at all.. terrible.don't bank here unless you want constant annoyances and frustrations! This is a commerce bank thing, not just this location, both locations in independence have been disasters to work with!That being said, despite their terrible lack of attention to there actual job, they are very sweet! Not trying to be a hater, but I have spent a ridiculous amount of time dealing with errors they have made on my behalf and has in multiple occasions ruined plans I had made because I had to wait for them to fix it. lame.
