Friendly and knowledgeable employees, who seem to take pride in their jobs. Our Jeep was a mess after off-roading and they got everything! Only had to go thru once. I'm impressed!

This was a TERRIBLE experience.In the month of March, I recently bought a Tesla, Model Y, 2024 from the Tesla Co. in Kansas. I signed up for a membership here and decided to run my car through the wash because they said it was safe (April 23rd). There was a long line and my car had not gone into to the entrance of the carwash. One of the associates decided to spray the "bug-goo" soap, an acid-base soap, all over my completely DRY vehicle. The car in front of me was having a hard time putting their car into neutral, which forced my car to wait in the hot sun for about 5-10 minutes. By the time I entered the wash and water touched my car, this 'acid-soap' had completely dried on my car. I took my vehicle around to hand dry and seen stains all over the trimming of my car. Talked to the manager, told me to run it through again, and no improvements were made to the stains. Told the manager what had happened and what soap had been sprayed and he said, "oh, yeah, that is our acid-base soap"... wait what?!?! So, we concluded, because the associate sprayed this soap on my DRY vehicle, that sat in the sun for quite a long time, it must have chemically reacted.I immediately filed a damage claim and they got back to me within the next 3 weeks to hear my statement on what had happened. However, I did have to call them myself to follow up because they never called me back. It was determined that they would cover the damages.I appreciate the coverage of the damages from the company, thank you, but it was a very unfortunate thing that happened not too long after the purchase of my vehicle. I do not think that they should be spraying this 'acid-base soap' before the vehicle even enters the car wash and before water even touches the car.This shouldn't have happened and I am very disappointed. Cancelled my membership the same exact day.

Purchased the promotion ($10) month for 3 months. Last week I went to the wash to confirm the cancel date, young lady couldn’t figure out how to look up this information. She got another girl, she didn’t know either. I washed my car and left. The following week, returned and got a young man who seemed knowledgeable, he said I had made an error and I actually had another month of the $10 promo, he said I would need to cancel the first of June not to be billed the full price.A few days later I was charged $40. I quickly emailed and called the independence location, this is sent to a customer service center (not anyone at the store.) I explained the situation and the lady said that it wasn’t the employees fault, I should have read my receipt (which I no longer have). Very unfriendly, no exceptions and no refunds. If it was my error, I would understand. But I have contacted 3 of your employees about this issue. I just lost $40 and Club lost a customer. We have several car wash options in this area. I will not give these people another dime! If you have any questions about membership, don’t deal with the folks at the wash, they do not provide correct info.

It's a very good car wash, and dries well too. I typically go to the Independence store. The employees always seem very happy to be there, from the ones that scan my sticker, ( love that they don't make you put it on your window, mine is inside my door jam) to the people who pre-wash your vehicle, great job!Very powerful vacuums, nice touch with towels, Windex,and air fresheners.

Have had a membership with them for a few years now and I absolutely love them. Miss the floor mat washers in some locations but their service is absolutely impeccable.Love they have towels and bottles of Windex available for detailing, they now will hand spray your floor mats and that is great!Highly recommend you take your car here

very convenient location first time user. impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and they actually had two employees Pre-soak my car and the vacuum area with the towels and sprays was great. apparently the car wash business is a good one!
