Avoid at all costs (which by the way, this place is quite costly for what you get)!!! Our room was FILTHY, with hair in the tub, and the sheets were dirty and smelled of cigarettes. Asked to have them changed and got a bedspread that was too small for the bed. The floor was grossly dirty as well. To boot, breakfast was either cereal or plain waffles, no butter or fruit or eggs or muffins or anything else for that matter, and they had those only because it was Sunday! If youre going to charge extra for breakfast then please provide it because the rooms were not worth the price! Cheap and dirty. However, with that said, the women working the front desk were friendly and helpful.

Avoid coming here!!! Forget about the service, you're there to be comfortable in the room. I was there for two nights, and I didn't feel comfortable at all. Just from a walk in stand point the room smelled like cigarettes, the light fixtures weren't coming on as some were disconnected and the outlets were busted, the shower curtain was almost falling off the ankers, the door lock was also coming apart. Once we were settling in, we noticed flies and fruit flies were in the room. There were cigarette burns on the bed sheets, holes on the window curtain, and dirty mirrors. Later than night, we saw what I believe were water bugs crawling around the walls in and the bathroom. I was creeped out and disgusted, I could barely sleep.

Ignore the reviews. The room is very nice for the price and the front desk associates are very kind. I wasn’t asked to leave this review. There are a few things that are old abt the place but they put a lot of effort in to make this a nice hotel.

Listen, all these posts about “junkies” homeless people is non sense. Clarion pointe especially Joee has been a God send for our family. We suffered a house fire and have been climbing out of that whole ever since. The price is reasonable! The staff works their butts off to keep this place running. Mike the maintenance supervisor always addresses any issues with in the room and on the grounds. Management works hard to keep there property safe.

Avoid. Seriously, book somewhere else. We were in town for our 8 year wedding anniversary and we intentionally had to find things to do instead of relax like we wanted. At 9pm on Friday they had to switch out the TV Like 4 times. Then he said it was the wrong remote but that he would be back with the correct one.... never saw him again and we just left today. We had asked several times saturday through the day for the remote and each time we came back to check it was never brought down. So in addition to no TV besides "MASH" the entire time, the room smelled like weed and it was incredibly dirty. I went and bout some cleaning supplies to clean myself. No mini fridge as advertised, so couldnt even properly store any leftovers from amywhere we went. No internet. Cops patrolling the parking lot constantly. I was cat called by a few different people that apparently live there. One of the lights in the room didn't work so it was really dimly lit unless we wanted to open the blinds for all of the people hanging out to stare in and see. And of course because the cheifs game is today literally everywhere else was completely booked so we had to either stay or just go home 3 hours away. Extremely disappointed. I would include pictures but it doesn't give me the option.

Fantastic stay! Front office workers are wonderful and very helpful. The rooms were all funny cleaned and spacious and the hotel is close to multiple food business’s. The pool is beautiful to just sit and relax by. All in all it was a wonderful visit.

Avoid at all costs!! Sketchy people walking around at all hours of the night. No fridge in room (even though it says it is part of the amenities), waited 24 hours for them to fix the TV and still haven’t done so. Housekeeping never came, had to go up to the main office and request toilet paper. To think we actually paid for the place. Ghetto!

This place is crazy at night. If you want to be entertained and see the strangest folks wait until after 11pm here at the Clarion. People just hanging around all the time, sitting out in front of their rooms, moving from one floor to the next and just all types of things going on. They might hang out in front of your room or gather in the parking lot. The rooms themselves are not bad, and they have one of the better cash deposits around. There is a lot of live ins here and just watch your stuff, don't park to far from your room.

We had a good time here, stayed for 2 nights. It is a safe place to stay, the staff here is super awesome and respectful. The price is great, our room was clean. The only thing I would suggest is having a mini fridge but other than that everything worked out wellNearby activities: Lots of stores nearbyWalkability: Sidewalks, very easy to travel by footFood & drinks: Whole bunch of restaurants within walking distance

RUN AWAY!!!This place is by far the worst motel ever! Homeless people on drugs outside building riding bikes around. Lobby door was broken and has to be pushed in. Joey was very nice and helpful. However that doesn’t fix the problems this MOTEL has. Looks like people are living at the hotel on section 8. Room smelt of liquor & cigarettes. Toilet bowl had 10 wash clothes stuck in it. Flies everywhere in room. Felt like I was on skid row at this establishment. We also had another couple with us & their room was even worse someone in it when they went in. Everything broken in the room. Smell was overwhelmingly bad. Lights didn’t work toilet & sink broken. Counted at least 20 broken down vehicles in parking lot.

NEVER STAY HERE. Worst place I’ve ever stayed. No towels, no fridge or microwave. Hell the door barley closed. Anyone who is looking to stay here needs to run. This is by far the worst place I’ve ever seen. Nothing worse than staying up half the night staring out the window watching your vehicle and then all the sudden there’s no power and you’re sitting in the dark hearing banging and screaming. Big shoutout to clarion for the worst stay of my life

This hotel was so kind! And the lady at the desk was wonderful and helped me out! I was running off of an hour of sleep, and was upset with the hotel up the street and I started crying to her, really not trying to, but I was exhausted and upset with what the other hotel did, she got me in; and got me to where I could have a room to myself, and only took 10 minutes, I am so greatful, and whenever I plan on staying in a hotel in this area again, it will definitely be here! I highly recommend to, the room was okay, but I’m really overall happy about the service I got!

This motel experience was honestly terrifying, with what looked like dried blood on the walls and doors. Busted out windows. Non-staff People were stripping rooms down. We had someone attempt to open the door at 3am, and loitering outside our door all night. The hotel charged in total 330$ for that one night only. It was supposed to be 95.33 total with tax and fees, from a 73$ rate. They then charged another 191$ and then a 50$ miscellaneous fee. Run.Safety: This hotel has transients and what looked like addicts living on the premises.

So far everything that can be removed from the room is gone. Want to make coffee? Good luck bc the coffee pot insert is gone. Blanket? No just sheet and duvet. Microwave plate.. nope. People raging at the gambling games, sure plenty of that but he wasn't raging he just knocked over the chair.

Place was very dirty and gross. It was suppose to be smoke free but that's wasn't the case. Half our lamps didn't work bathroom light didn't work. Our one "clean" towel had blood on it. We didn't have a shower curtain and when asked for one we got told no finally found someone else to asked and she told 10 to 15 mins. Had people try to come in our room. Front ladies staff was great but that's the only thing this hotel has going for them. Breakfast was toast or waffles. Definitely not worth what i paid to stay for 2 nights. Came here to check it for future business but I will definitely go somewhere in the future.Rooms: Gross and dirtyNearby activities: Highly recommend Hawaii Bros!Safety: Was not safe at all.Food & drinks: Not very many options for the price you pay. Just toast and waffles Milk that is to expire the next day.
