I took my 69-year-old mother to deposit her check for the settlement of my father's death she has been a customer of this bank for a while and needless to say, we received the worst treatment from an employee who seemed to have a narcissistic attitude even though we both asked for his boss after I was forced to go out to my vehicle this man proceeded intimidated a 69-year-old woman and she end up having to have medication to calm her down from his abusive disrespectful treatment towards her while she was depositing her funds nevertheless, we reported the incident however, still have yet to receive any apology or regards of our concerns.

Another great Chase Bank area location. I had a little trouble using the ATM, and the friendly staff were very helpful in fixing the issue.

The workers here lie and are lazy. I called the bank to see if they had $2 bills for an event coming up and they said they did, $180 worth. Then when I showed up the next day to get $50 in $2 bills the lazy teller Kirsten told me "they were out sorry bye". I explained I knew she was lying I had called to verify the day before. She ended up apologizing and saying it was due to them being short staffed. I was the only person in line! Horrible customer service.

Wish I could give this branch ZERO stars!The people at this branch does not explain ANYTHING correctly. They’ll talk to you for hours and not know what they’re doing. Peruse people with FALSE information to get you to open an account with them. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND DISSATISFIED!

The back works and has a nice inside ATM, but I wouldn't call the people their that helpful. Granted, we're not talking cursing a d you rude, but when asking how get a check or decisions on getting a loan, the knda blew me off and told me to call their phone people. Then I had to .make a second trip to them to get the check sorted out because phone tag wasn't working out.So simple things fine. But either promoted by corporate or the managers, a lot of the services is "go do it yourself".
