Sean was great to work with, I called Christmas Eve ,Tuesday, and he said I could drop off vehicle that day if I could, but had to wait till day after Christmas because my wife worked Christmas Eve till 3:30.
We dropped it off Thursday night , they checked it out, drove it etc and called me Friday morning and wanted to know a little bit more about what it was doing.
Then Friday night Sean called me with pricing and told me when they would get parts to fix it.
Parts came in early, they called me and we picked it up. What a turn around we dropped it off Thursday night and it was fixed Monday afternoon !!
They had to replace transfer case so it wasn’t a small job .
Totally recommend them.
Great mechanics, manager, nice clean building .

Sean did a great job of explaining the process and Brian one of their lead Mechanics at the Independence location, helped me understand new car systems and what to look out for. I called around to several different transmission shops and Certified was able to get me in the earliest and was one of the most reasonable in costs.

Sean was very helpful and informative explaining each option for my transmission replacement. The work was done in the timeframe promised. Replacing a transmission isn’t something anyone wants to do, but Certified made it as painless as possible. I would recommend this company.

They couldn’t fix the transmission on my 2008 Ford explorer sport track,because the parts are not available.
They advised me of what needs to be done and didn’t charge me anything for their service. If I ever get the parts, I’ll come back here to have the work done

Wonderful crew. Called to get a quote, all staff was very helpful in figuring out the estimate. After their towing service collected car, their inspection verified my issue, I was given 3 options for fixing. Estimate time was 2-3 days and right on time. Car has been great since and they were quick to return calls to get you in a timely matter.
