I came here as I always do when I need gas after working a 12 hour night shift and I asked about a promo they were showing on their door and the Brunette decided she wanted to talk down to me and act like I should already know how the promo works, but the redhead was nice and talked to me like a human being! Both ladies including the brunette was talking to a gentleman just fine before me, but I guess I wasn't the right gender lol. I was going to still get a coffee, but I was so frustrated at the Brunette that I just left because I don't want to spend my money inside of a place where the employee is arrogant because she works at Casey's whether she's disappointed in herself or proud!!

The woman (or what ever they classify there gender as) behind the counter as of 3:00pm on 11/5/24
Was constantly on there phone, not paying attention, and was actually being rude by not saying a word.
Normally have no problem at this store.

I called this location twice to see if they sell pizza. The first time I thought the man couldn't hear me and hung up. I called back and the same man hung up on me after asking if they make pizzas at this location. If you don't sell pizza that's fine. Just say no. No need to be rude and intentionally hang up on someone asking a simple yes or no question. Rude af.

Counter help got an attitude when I asked how to use my Casey’s points. When I tried showing her on my app what I had done she continued to not help and have an attitude. I said put it all back and learn some costumer service in which she told me to learn some customer service. She then stole the points and refused to give me the managers number. It was $35 worth of points. I hope the managers actually watch video, this was just before 12:15pm on 5/19

I live within 30 seconds of this location and it couldn't suck more than it does, it has not changed since minute mart owned it.

I was able to order and obtain everything I hoped to when I parked and went in. Their iced brownies are to live for a very, very long time!

New store has very rude girl who works on Friday that doesn't get up just sits behind cash register asked her nicely where the fountain drinks were she just gave a ugly look at me and pointed over there. This place has went down hill since moved from Phillips 66

Attempted to purchase gas on pump 1 Sunday, Feb 25. Pulled to pump. Pump registered $4.08 when I pulled up. I entered the card and started to attempt to pump gas. The pump starts and immediately shuts off. Pump then registers $4.08. The pending charge on card is $1.00. I go to alert the cashier, Heather on duty. She tells me my purchase registered $4.08, which is totally incorrect. As I am trying to explain, there is an issue with the pump. She keeps telling me I am wrong. As I am getting increasingly frustrated with Heather, she gets extremely disrespectful and says call on Monday, and her and the manager will be there. Casey's store #4342. I asked her to at least put a sign on the pump to indicate out of order. I will when you leave she sputtered. Sarcastically spewed, have a great rest of the day. Then, she advised that she has nothing to do with the pumps. She wouldn't provide the name of the manager. To be continued....*Update sent email as requestedNo response was received. I did a drive through the pump 1 and it has been repaired. . My account was charged $4.08 in error, and there was no reconciliation.I will patronize either the QT QUIK Trip across the street or the Sam's nearby. Casey's has lost any future revenue over $4.08 and lousy customer service.

Ordered a pizza that never got delivered. Called the store but nobody would answer. Sent in an email to corporate, also no answer. Stole my money and left me hanging. Never ordering from here again!

Just remodeled and now a Casey's store. Open until 11 PM every night. They keep everything stocked well and the staff has been nothing but friendly. It's an easy stop if you are coming from or going to Genesis gym, Target, etc.

Does not have pizza/bakery/softserve like the other locations. This is just a rebranded store without the main Casey's amenities. Lame.
