Very impressed with this store. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. One guy in particular, long hair - looked like a young Kidrock, incredibly helpful. Had a great experience. Would highly recommend.

Carhartt forced their employees to take an experimental vaccine just to keep their jobs. I wouldn't buy their products if my life depended on them. As the truth comes out there should be no amnesty, they should be ashamed of their actions and publicly apologize to their employees and the American people.

I needed a new heavy hoody, went to Feldman's and orshlens all their Carhartt hoodys were very long, felt like I was wearing a dress. I called Carhartt at the independence store and spoke with Jen. She told me to come thier with my old hoody and she would help me find the right one. I showed up at the store in my old torn Carhartt hoody. Jen said she saw me walking across the parking lot and knew I was the guy looking for a new hoody. Jen recognize the style carhart hoodie I was wearing but didn't believe they made that specific style anymore. Most hoodys Jen showed me we're still the long style and the looked through her Carhartt catalog. As if a light went off in her heart, she said follow me. We went to the other side of the store we're more hoodys were and Jen had me try one on. The hoodie was slightly longer than the one I was wearing but not bad. I ended up mine two a little over $60 a piece worth every penny to me. The style was the rain defender hoodie. If you're having trouble finding what you need or want, just get a hold of somebody at the Carhartt store Jen was outstanding

Got some of what we needed (more expensive than their brand at other stores like Tractor Supply, but that's ok) and employees were nice even during the Christmas rush. Not super helpful but I understand they are working with a lot of new staff right now.

Dave, Julie and Nicole at the Independence, MO store went above and beyond to help is tonight. The ladies even tried on bibs and coats so we could decide what sizes to get. They were all so very very helpful. We will be back for sure!! Thank you again for being so helpful.

Visiting from out of town. The store had a great selection of adult and kids clothing! Items I haven’t seen at other retail locations. The staff were exceptional, they were very kind and super helpful!

Went in about a week ago and was looking for a good pair of construction jeans. Ran into a young lady named Jennifer. She was absolutely awesome. I told her what I was looking for and she pointed out a few different styles. I’ve worked retail for 6 years and just wanted to comment and say how nice and helpful she was. Everyone is very helpful but Jennifer went above and beyond. I will definitely be back.
