“Front desk Employee Brandon Waldor and store manager Jayden carroll are the best duo at store in independence, Mo on Noland road! Brandon walked me through on the options that had at the store and what he would recommend ( he knows his games ) really had me in a daze from all the info he gave me. He’s a game warrior for sure! Thanks Brandon for your hard work and hospitality! He then directed me to Jayden which after that stole the show! These guys went above and beyond to make sure my son had a terrific birthday! I needed something today and Jayden made sure it happened. He is a man of his word! I had to get it used, which I am ok with, but the controller was not in the box. Jayden went out of his way to head to the Walmart to Purchase a controller for my son to have today. So I didn’t have to wait! A game changer he was and my son will forever remembering this moment of getting his dream console for his birthday! Thank you so much guys!”
“I scheduled a 3 row SUV, Enterprise called to confirm the day before. I called the day of to see if I could pick up early. They didn't have one back yet and said come at scheduled time. I did, they had to go get one, and it was a level up. Very nice vehicle! Pick up was smooth everyone was very nice and helpful. Had a great trip, dropped off during closed hours had to go get something we forgot in the back. Again everyone very nice got my item and I was out quickly.
I would use them again, and would recommend them to others.”

“We purchased a 2014 Kia Soul, from this dealership through a listing on Facebook marketplace. Our Salesperson, Sam, seemed like a very genuine person and was very knowledgeable about any questions we had. She also went out of her way to have a brand new battery placed into the vehicle and had oil on hand for when we checked the fluids in the Kia. Our only complaint was that it unfortunately was not mentioned to be a cash only dealership until after our first 2 1/2 hour long trip to the location. So, we drove, all together, 10 hours to purchase this vehicle. However, during the 150 mile trip back home the Kia proformed exceptionally. We have not noticed any major issues, as of yet, and we are incredibly pleased with our purchase. As of this moment I would be happy to suggest this small dealership. :)
