Very unethical. I was in the process of buying a nice older Lincoln. Signed the paperwork, gave them a cashier's check from the bank but left the car overnight to get the oil changed. Big mistake but I shouldn't have had to worry about it. A friend of the owner approached him about buying it and they sold it to him right out from underneath me. B. S. I'm telling you go somewhere else these are not good people.

Beware of Cable Dahmer's business practices. My husband and I purchased a car there 2 weeks ago. We had purchased another car from them just over a year ago and that car was dangerous. It was continually in the repair shop. We went back when the first car broke down completely and needed a reliable vehicle. Foolish for us to go back a 2nd time. Cable Dahmer does not have pricing listed on their cars. The sales person gives you an approximate cost in the beginning. We were promised additional trade in rebates that never were applied to the net price and they refuse to correct the situation. Also, be aware that they will automatically charge you $890 for a 3M stain guard even if you don't approve it. We were taken advantage of and their management refuses to help in anyway to rectify the situation.

Don't use their Service Dept. I took my car in for a tire rotation and after almost an hour I went back to see what was taking so long. I got Mr Ruiz to find my car which was up on the rack. When the mechanic finally brought my car around he acted nervous when I approached him. I soon discovered that approximately $8 was missing from inside the console, radio was turned on and 3 miles had been added to my mileage since entering their garage. No apology or returned messages were given.

This review has a history with it going back 6 years. My wife and I had just moved to KC(wish we had stayed, mahomes is the whip) anyway our vehicle at the time a fairly new Buick Enclave had the engine blow. Needless to say we needed a new vehicle, we heard of cable dart through a friend down there so we trusted him. I can tell you almost off the bat we we're screwed, we had moved because we were just getting a foothold back on life after losing everything in the 2010 recession. Our credit was on the up and up until this place had shotgunned our credit with over I want to say 17 inquiries. Now we are in a position we have to use them at an increased interest because all others have now said no due to so many recent inquiries. They started by telling us we were approved for an extended cab pickup, that we wanted. Quickly that changed as they said it was later declined on the loan due to hail damage, then sent us home in a brand new impala that they said was the best car we were approved for, then told me I had to bring it back because we couldn't roll the left over from the enclave into it. Finally after a month and them telling us we should be happy that we are getting a Malibu it all that could handle the rollover, we ended up paying almost 40k for a Malibu that they scared us into. Fast forward to 6 years later literally today. We are finally paying off the car $600 left, and I get a phone call from cable Dahmer asking about my recent inquiry about a payoff (through the creditor, NOT them) and my wife gets bombarded with emails today about getting a new loan for a new car now that it's going to be paid off. The guy that called me was bustin my chops to push a car on me. I truly cannot stand their lack of ethics and their scare tactics and manipulation.....car dealerships

Top notch dealership. I purchased a 2021 GMC Acadia Denali in October, 2020. My salesman, Drake Glenn, did a great job. He was knowledgeable and got me a great deal. The whole process was smooth and efficient.
