I would like to give a shout out to a sales guy that really impressed me. Peter Griffith is his name ! He works at Cable Dahmer on Nolin Rd in KCMO. Peter went way out of his way to answer all my questions and help me get the truck I use for work and personal. He even responded on his day off ! Straight talking down to earth guy. Took my truck to the service department had a new engine put in and got it back with all the same problems so I took it to another shop were they told me my lifters are goin out in a new engine so I took it back to the dealer they had it for a week call and said it was fixed and ready so I went to get it I got down the street to the highway and it started doing the exact same thing idk if there not test driving or what but this is bad for business

Frank met me at my car door when I parked my car! Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, not pushy! I had a car in mind and he pulled it up quickly. It turned out that this car was THE car that I had wanted! Everyone we worked with was very helpful, thank you to all the people that helped get everything done so we could drive away with a huge smile on my face ?!!! I'll be back!!!

Jaren Friend was great as always! He goes above & beyond to help me whenever I have any questions.
He took care of 3 things needing done to my Acadia in 3 different departments. I appreciate his help! I was getting no where before asking him to help.

My experience was very good and the wait time was very reasonable. Robert Brooks, the customer service representative, was very polite and accommodating. As always, the customer service waiting room is most accommodating and comfortable.

Jordan always makes my family feel welcomed and at home. He communicates amazing and keeps us in the loop with the whole process. We were able to call and get scheduled well within reason. Jordan even tasked with multiple obstacles this visit made sure to communicate with us.

My service warranty team out! I was not notified and I’m still not sure why I didn’t have a longer warranty?
The cost of a new warranty is the same cost as an oil change.

This dealership has acceptable service. The only problem is they nickel and dime you to death with excessive shop supply charges and credit card surcharges.
