Hands down the worst cell phone place. I've ever been to if I could give this place as 0 I would worst management I've ever seen absolutely horrible! I definitely do not recommend this place!

Today I visited Boost for service. I felt my phone was not working like it should. A young man, Seth waited on me and within minutes he began to answer my questions and explained to me what needed to be done. Seth was so professional and kind to show me how to correct my mistake. I was not following through correctly to up grade my apps.It is nice to have professional young people work at a business with a smile and knowledge; providing good service. Thank You and thank you Seth.

I was not giving all the information that I needed I was told it would be said sent to me via email, I still have not received it, I had payment arrangements not only did they not honor the arrangements but my car was towed and in less than 24 hours it was put on the auction I was fortunate enough to get it back once they finally located it. They literally located minutes before the auction started I would never recommend this service or location to anyone

This particular one always closes early. Its 6:04pm I pulled up and the Hispanic guy turned the light off on me and went out to his van. Another time the lady locked the door at 624pm sitting in plane sight..
