I had a real mess. On my lunch hour jax took care of me. I was not an easy customer he had no problem taking care of me and going out of his way to help me knowing I was on my lunch hour. I did have to go back after work to finish up and he was on it. Very impressed I feel jax went above and beyond and put up with me with all my questions and doubts. . Thank you so much

The employees are rude and aren't helpful at all. They appear to lack training & intelligence. Went back multiple times and they never did accomplish a resolution to any of the questions I posed to them. Choose another location; Lee's Summit is a good store.
