I bought the Moto G Pure phone from this location. In the first 7 days of having this phone, I had to go up to the store 6 times. The phone kept freezingup on me. They replaced it once, and when THAT phone kept doing the same thing, they refused to do any more about it because then they would be out the money. So now I'm stuck with a phone that doesn't work properly EVER. I can't even disconnect from a call because it freezes up. I'll never go back to this store for anything.

Don't know how the customer service is with the human contact, but on the website and on the door it does say open at 10:00 on Saturday but here we are at 10:24 and there's no one in sight..?
