I had a very easy and positive car-buying experience! Brian was able to get me a test drive appointment at my requested time & date, then was able to change that quickly after so I could test drive the next day! The morning of my test drive, they dropped the car's price another $500. I had an easy drive, all of my questions were answered, & Brian was nice & cooperative when I left to test drive a different vehicle an hour away. I came back after to buy the car I drove! The process that followed was equally easy, quick, transparent, & I left with the car about an hour later! This was about 2 weeks ago; I haven't received the title or inspection info yet but I'm sure it will be easy to get from them. The car I bought had received full maintenance through them as well.

Less than satisfactory experience here; I would not do business with them. I initially called on 8/20/2024 inquiring about a 2021 Certified-Pre Owned Sorento they have on the lot. I spoke to Matt and was told the car had gotten brand-new tires. The detail is currently being done and will be ready for me to look at on 8/21. We were prepared to purchase this vehicle once we arrived on 8/21, but Matt was not working after telling us that he would be. Jon Massey ended up helping us and showed us the vehicle.
The Sorento was not detailed and had bald tires on it, along with a huge star in the windshield. The outside of the Sorento looks like it has white overspray on every panel, including the trim and windows. We were then told by Jon, they would not be able to clean every panel because of the cost. The interior also had a pet odor. I am not sure how they had this vehicle certified, as it failed many inspectable items. We asked to have our trade-in appraised, and we were told by Mr. Massey that he could not give us an estimate on our vehicle because he would then not be able to manipulate the price of my trade-in or the price of the vehicle depending on how much more work they put into it. This is exactly what you should not do as a car salesman, and this is the dealership you need to stay away from as a customer. We ended up going to Oaks Kia and purchasing a 2022 Certified Sorento, in way better condition and lower priced. They were very straight forward and easy to deal with. Bob Sight Kia, train your sales employees, don't make promises that you cannot keep, and don't waste peoples time. Do better.
Be careful of; VIN: 5XYRKDLF1MG031668 Stock #: 427028A as it appears to have been in a low-quality body shop at one point.

I hadn't bought a new vehicle since 2007 which was a Kia Sportage and it was such a great car that I drove it for 12 years before the motor went out so just bought a used car to get by till I was able to get another new one as i had just lost my husband to cancer & when I just stopped by the dealorship to just look at the new Kias I then found the one that I absolutely loved but I was so worried that I wouldn't qualify for it since it had been so long since I had purchased a new car--- but my salesman Tony was so kind & listened to my situation & then he went to work to get me qualified & before I knew it I was the proud owner of a beautiful 2022 Kia Sportage with all the bells & whistles & a panoramic sunroof & even a waranty which gives me peace of mind---so this has made me so happy and proud as it's the nicest car I have ever owned & it was all possible thanks to Tony & Bob Sight Kia----I will refer anyone I know who is looking for a new or used car to come here as they will go out of their way to help you-----thank you again so much!

Bob Sight Kia is a great place to buy a used car. I bought a car from there and discovered an issue with the vehicle a couple weeks after. They worked with me and I was able to trade the vehicle back it and get a different car. Not many dealerships have the customer service that they have. Customer for life and you will be too. Finance department also did an amazing job. I applied for a loan with Mainstreet and they gave me a terrible rate, but the finance department noticed the high rate, applied to Wells Fargo and saved me a ton of money with a much lower rate. 10/10

I had an appointment to get a recall fix on June 6th. Got out there - said oh you didn't order the part (isn't that YOUR job??). They said it would be a week. Here it is August 14th and I have called or left messages 7 or 8 times with NO response. Furious. Cannot get a single human being on the phone. This car has a risk of fire due to this recall... you would think they would actually care about that
