Recently bought a house. Looked up a few places with solid reviews to do my flooring. Ran around to a couple to gather ideas, samples, and input.Big Bob's sales person was the only one to inquire more information after I gave my initial explanation on what I was going for, explaining the different types of vinyl and why I'd want one type for my office over the other. I came in with samples I had collected from various places, they quickly matched the colors I really liked. Got a quote, I took some time to commit to my choices and we were set! Installers did a fantastic job.The house has such a refreshed feel to it. The experience was overall smooth to an otherwise stressful process as a first time home owner. Knowledgeable, personable, and good eyes to assist in narrowing my selections until my choices were perfect for me!Definitely recommend!

I went into big Bob’s looking for carpet for the living room and hallway, They had carpet samples available. They were very nice. Worked with me very fast. Got my install within a week. I think it was an over all great service. I will be using them again for my other rooms .Thank you Big Bob !!

We had hard wood flooring installed in our living room and hall.We are very happy with the installation and the quality of the floors.However.Big Bob’s sent a man out to Measure our area that we wanted the flooring to be put into. We did not measure it. At the end of the work, we had a box and a half of flooring left over. One was open. But the other had never been opened, we tried to return the unopened box that we do not anticipate ever using and Big Bobs Floor refused to take it back. Again we did not measure. It was not our mistake of ordering the material. It was big Bob’s mistake and we just wanted to be compensated. We just wanted them to take back the extra unopened box of flooring and refund our money, they refused. If they were relying on our measurements to order the material and we over ordered then it would be my mistake not theirs, but that’s not the way it is. They over ordered and now we are paying for something we never used. So there it is.It was really disappointing.
