I placed an order online and paid for it at that time. About an hour and a half later, i arrived at the store and the order was not there. They didn't fill the order or even offer any solutions when I showed them my receipt and I still had the order up in a web browser. I won't be back. I'd been a customer for years and bought several items from them. I could certainly have found better things to do on my afternoon off than waste a trip to their store.

Don't list a phone number to the store if you can never actually reach the store and only get transferred to people out of this country. They cannot help with what I need help with and I need to speak with an actual store associate. Absolutely ridiculous to have "individual store phone numbers" that are actually all leading you to a central department and that central department cannot connect you to the store.

Very slow with online orders. I had to cancel because they could not get my order ready as promised. Customer care hang up the phone on me. Terrible!

Bought something from here that broke in 2 months, was told its "physical damage" and they refused to process a refund or even help fix it. I had barely used the thing.When I checked out they asked me if I wanted a warranty and I said yes, and they still refused to honor it.
