“The tellers at the 291 & 40 highway are awesome. The ATM can be very frustrating. So basically go there during business hours and ignore the ATM if possible. Will add the ATM is contacted through someone like Brinks, Loomis, Well's Fargo not the bank itself.”

Wouldn't think of ever going anywhere else. After reading some of the other reviews I cannot agree with them. I to have a business account and Blue Ridge bank financed my new Auto Repair Shop. Not sure what the other guys problem is with holding his deposits for seven days mine are good the next day”

“I love this bank. Employees are fast to tackle any requests or problems you may have with your account. They have one of the best online banking apps. You can transfer funds from one account to another at lightning speed, right before you need to pay at the cash register while out shopping. I transfer extra funds to my savings all the time for safer keeping. Never had any problems with them answering the phone in a timely manner.”

“I've always had a pleasant experience at this location! Today was special however...At approx. 10:20 I went through the drive through with my co-piolet Roscoe (dog) to deposit a check. I've never used the drive through before so wasn't sure on procedure. I was met with a friendly face (please excuse me for not getting your name!). Business as usual. What I did not expect however - upon receiving my receipt in the sliding window box drawer thing there was a dog treat!!I rescued Mr. Roscoe one week ago. He came from a kill shelter down in Texas and was weeks away from being culled. Having a forever home is new to him along with all the perks of my undivided attention. Neither of us expected a treat at our bank.Thank you so very much for the kindness and customer service. “I had the most amazing experience today with my banker Mr. Daniel D. Jones Jr.!!!! I’ve been on this earth for a longtime and my path has crossed many uncaring, unfriendly, unhappy, and un… you can fill in the blanks. And COVID19 certainly didn’t help people become friendlier. BUT Mr. Jones Jr. ROCKS!!! He was so genuinely and authentically kind in helping to set up my account. We talked like we had known each other for years. This type of service, for whatever reason, JUST DOES NOT HAPPEN ANYMORE!
