I stopped at this store on 11/27/2023 because my driver’s side headlight burned out and while they weren’t able to successfully fix it, they tried everything they could to do so. One of their names was Sam but I’m not sure of the other guy’s name. I live in Springfield, MO so it’s unlikely I’ll be in this location again but I appreciate the outstanding customer service!

I went to Auto Zone on 9/11/23 and Joseph is amazing, he went above and beyond to help me. I watch him help others just as good. Thank you Joseph ? to the store, please get cameras, Joseph trying to catch this guy walking around the store obviously stealing.
