I needed a broken weld redone and they quoted me two different options...one costing quite a bit more. They were able to perform the less expensive option, and they did it FAST. They could have easily done the less expensive option and just told me they did the more expensive one and over charged me for the work, but they were honest. “This is now my go to shop. I took my older model car to multiple shops including the dealership and spent an insane amount of money trying to get this one problem fixed. I was literally at my wits end. Everytime i picked my car up the problem was still there. I researched various shops and decided to give this place a try. John who i believe is the owner explained everything to me and I felt confident in him. When i picked the car up i took it for a spin. It was finally fixed! I literally cried I was so relieved. “Found my new forever car doctor. I'm so glad I found this place. This small family is adorable and so knowledgeable, it's kind of hard to see off the road a bit, but so worth the trip. They saved me hundreds by taking the spark plugs out gently that two other highly rated shops said I would definitely need. Then they saved me hundreds again by giving me a temporary fix for something I just didn't have the money to replace. I thought Valvoline was taking care of things they went. I got complete attention and care here and it supports a very sweet family that is lgbtq friendly. They even have a pet duck and a decent waiting room with fresh coffee and a clean bathroom. In hopes he might drop his prize.I told him that I couldn't afford that much. Having given me his rock bottom price he referred me to the walmart just blocks away and said that he could mount and balance him much much cheaper than they could at a quicker time.
