I received my quote on 2/13 and scheduled my appointment for 2/19. I specifically asked if the glass was in stock at the independence location and the rep said yes. My appointment was for 8am. I arrived to the appointment and the manager I’m assuming stated they had just sent a text at 7:55am that the glass was not in stock. While there, he supposedly placed the order for the glass to come in, in which he said could take 5-11 days. It is now 3/6 and have not heard anything back from the store. Don’t understand why an appointment was set a week in advance and no glass was ordered. Terrible service

Hands down this was one of the best experience I’ve had in service. I am not a very social person in public spaces because of anxiety but they truly made me feel welcome while I was here. I didn’t feel like just a dollar sign. They absolutely took care of me and I would go back no question!!

Amazing Prices! Called to schedule and the customer service rep was very pleasent, also applied two discounts for me with no problem. We appreciate Auto Glass Now for making it affordable to get our windshield replaced.. it's been almost a week with our new windshield.. and its a Job well done!

Got quote from them with quick phone call and it was less than other places so I booked it. Staff was friendly and efficient. Done in an hour. Definitely recommend.

Great experience, dropped my car off at 8:30am and was out of their with a new windshield by 10am. Got detailed instructions about how to care for the new windshield so it would set right and sent me on my way. Very professional. Highly recommend them

Got an estimate on 12-19-23, to replace my back motorized sliding window , set up an apply for 8:00 the next day , arrived at 8:00am, I was told they overbooked appointments and asked me to come back at 2:00. I dropped the truck off at 2:00 as asked, they replayed the window but did not have the right electrical connection to hook up the motor to operate the window. I was told that the warehouse sent the wrong connection and that they would have to order the part, and it would take a couple of days. They demanded the full amount for the work that was incomplete and I told them I would gladly pay for the work they done and they said they could not let me leave until I payed the full amount.The manager Cameron was getting hostile and upset and was getting loud. I had to repeatedly tell him to settle down.Then they told me that if I didn’t pay they would take the window back out.I repeatedly told him that I didn’t want this part to take weeks to get my truck completed.I went ahead and payed the full amount and Cameron gave me his word that it would not take but a couple of days. Days when by and i repeatedly call the shop to talk with the manager Cameron and he just kept promising the part would be there that day and he would call me.After dealing with him weeks, I asked him for his Supervisor and Manager above him and he told me there was no one above him .I then started to call the Customer service and explained this situation and two different Customer Service Agents also said they had no idea who they could give me that was above the Manager Cameron to speak to or complain to.On January 11-24 I spoke to another Customer Service Agent named Fredricka and explained this problem and I asked her for a contact person or Manager above Cameron and she said She would send an Email to his supervisor named Jeremy and that Jeremy would call me back shortly and that she would call me back within the hour and let me know if she got ahold of Jeremy.Well Jeremy never called me back but Fredricka did within 30 minutes like she said she would to tell me that I could take my truck back in on Friday 1-12-24 at 2:00 pm.I will never take my vehicle to this Company again. Waisted my time and cost me money to drop the truck off twice and return twice!Very unprofessional managers!!!Glad to be done with them!!!
