Very busy guy. Pleasant and very very apologetic. Wonderful experience. Windshield was in 45 minutes. Will definitely use them again if ever needed. Thanks for a good job well done.

Had a 10am appointment for a windshield replacement on a Ford Transit. Left before 11am! Quick and amazing job!

This was one of 2 options by my insurance. Overall everything was pretty average for a mechanic shop. They did say up to 2 hours for full windshield and recalibration. They did finish around an hour with no problems. Biggest disappointment was finding several bits of glass in the front of my car. Idk if that's normal as I've never had glass replaced but I was not expecting that.

They put a windshield in my car that THEY didn't have the technology to calibrate it and left me holding the bill for having to purchase yet another windshield. Over $600 down the drain with no follow-up or care. Very rude manager that is incompetent and can't provide customer satisfaction or service. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE unless you want piss poor service and fake promises for follow-up.

The work was okay. However I think I should be entitled to a paper receipt. They told me to get a receipt I would have to give them my email address. I didn’t give them my email address.
