AT&T has fast friendly successful people, polite. We switched one phone and bought a brand new one. Transferred information to one phone, bought accessories and new phone as well. Very happy with AT&T. Thank you Jenny. Would definitely recommend this to anyone I know. Thank you

Matt was very knowledgeable, we had 5-10 Mins to browse new phones, while he helped another client. We merged plans & bought 2 new phones from him! He took his time with us, answered all of my husbands questions, and overall impressed us with the visit!

I have never been a part of something more ridiculous in my life. I was with Sprint for 13 years and after trying T-Mobile with the merger for a few, we decided to go to ATT to see if we could get better phones and service. The initial experience was fantastic. We were greeted by Jessica who took great care of us. She showed us a plan that involved us trading in our IPhone 13s for some new 15s. She helped port our numbers over and told us we had 30 days to return our 13s to receive a credit that would cover the cost of the 15. She said we could return our phones to any ATT location. On day 29 we went to return our phones to the location closest to our house and were told by the customer service representative at that location that because our phones were cracked we wouldn’t be able to receive the full credit. We proceeded to explain that we were never told that information and that had we known we wouldn’t get credit for the phones, we would have just stuck with T-Mobile. They encouraged we go back to the 39th street location and speak to the manager. That was the worst decision I could have ever made. The manager Kurt at the 39th street location was an abysmal joke. This dude has zero pride, integrity, customer service skills, or anything that represents qualities you’d seek in leadership. We walked in and tried to explain our stories. He shut us down immediately and said “There’s two sides to every story. Jessica is on FMLA and not here to tell her story so there’s nothing I’ll do for you. You won’t get the credit.” I said I don’t accept that and told him I wanted someone else’s number I could speak to… his boss or someone with better customer service skills. He said you’re not going to talk to me like that, pointed towards the door, and asked me to leave. Blown away by how small this big man really was… I stepped in and told him no. He’s going to give me a phone number of someone I can call. He stepped back and said actually.. I’ll go call Jessica because as I said before.. there’s two sides to every story. He turned away from me and started walking to the back. As he was dismissing me/walking away, I told him that “I don’t care that he calls Jessica… at this point it’s irrelevant. I just want his bosses phone number.” That seemed to piss him off again. He turned around, shuffled back over to me, again pointed at the door, and told me to leave. Told me that if I didn’t like how he was going to resolve it then to just leave. So… without having our names, phone numbers, or anything to identify us with, he went to the back to give Jessica a buzz. I guess being on medical leave isn’t that important when you have a point to prove. After a few minutes in the back, he came up front, sat us down, and said for the 3rd time… “there’s two sides to every story”. As if this was some new profound quote he heard earlier in the day and was proud he remembered it… he told us she remembered us and clearly remembered telling us about the cracked phone policy. She remembered us? She remembered 2 customers from 30 days ago without having our names or anything to identify us with? He reassured us that she did in fact remember us and again told us that we won’t get a credit. I said so you’re position in all of this is to tell us we’re liars, demand we leave, and essentially tell us to go f**k ourselves? He EXPLODED out of his chair, hit the duress button, pulled out his phone, and called the cops. While he was throwing his tantrum over me asking that question, I walked around the store and asked 2 different sales reps for this guys bosses phone number or someone I could talk to.. ANYONE other than this guy. One of the sales reps came over and started talking with us. He was actually really good with people. I think his name was Brandon. He talked with us for 5 minutes or so…. Kept telling us the manager was actually a “really good guy” and encouraged we leave before the police get there. I told him no… I wasn’t guilty of anything but asking for someone to talk to.

Very unhelpful. Would recommend going to any location other than this one. Workers are slow and lazy. Very obvious that I was an inconvenience for simply walking into the store.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced! Had an appointment to have my phone screen fixed and they told me that it would be ready within 2 hours. I left and called about 2.5 hours later and they said they were finishing up and head that way. When I got there, one of the reps told me they were still finishing up and it should be about 10 minutes. I sat there and about 30 mins later the same rep came up to me and said I promise just 10 more minutes. In the meantime, I saw many customers come in and out without being helped. One of the reps took it upon himself and turned on music pretty loud. At the 45 minute mark, someone else came up to ask if I had needed help (mind you, they had been working there this entire time), I again asked how much longer for my phone screen. He came back out and said that it could be another hour. At this point, I asked for a manager and was informed they were "busy". I left and had to come back to get my phone. This store has some of the most unprofessional representatives and AT&T should be embarrassed to have them employed.

I came in to get a new phone my old phone the charging port was wore out. I was helped by Jenny who was very helpful and knowledgeable about the different phones. I was considering a pixel 7 it looked good and the installment plan was affordable. Then Jenny recommended the S 23 she said it was a better model and I was eligible to get a trade in credit. With no installment plan it was a win win situation.

Man. Where to start. Started as such a positive experience. Sales was amazing but now I have buyers remorse.I was a long time xfinity costumer and the sales team was sooooo good that I switched everything. Was told I could get services through ATT for $195 a month and they could give me all this free stuff (havent received any free stuff btw). They didnt bother to check or tell me that I had a device balance that I would be responsible for with xfinity. I had a phone that was 6 months old. They didn't give me the option to keep or use my old phone. I thought I was getting a free phone but judging from my bill, that was not the case. Read the fine print people. Lol.The Direct TV stream services ARE GARBAGE. Streaming lags. Quality looks bad on our smart tvs. Mind you I live in an 820 square ft house with one level. Streaming into our bedroom is 7 feet away from the box and router. The sales manager literally told me the best option would to get a roku stick for the living room and move the stream box in the bedroom. Why would I do that when I'm paying over $250 a month for services?I started my phone plan on 6/11. Internet was installed on 6/13. I have cell, internet and streaming. Bills totalling over $250 were sent to me from ATT. All due the first week of July. All are different accounts, account numbers and due dates. And surprise!!!! Now here I am paying MORE than I was paying at xfinity. This whole experience has been absolutely terrible. I've spent hours on the phone with different customer service reps trying to change due dates to no avail. I made a second trip back to the store about the device balance issue since I was completely unaware of this. When I came in the second time, the manager remembered me but didnt greet me. Then they served other customers that arrived 15+ minutes after me. There was really no resolution to my questions and concerns.Remember, these people are here to make the sale.I will never recommend this store to anyone.
