The gentleman that owns this shop is very rude. His ignorance is on full display from the moment you arrive. Zero social skills. Does not appear to appreciate his customers. Unable to smile or even say hello or thank you. Just grabs those twenty-dollar bills. I have been going to this shop for years. Never again.

My daughter went to have her tire fix when the tire shop first open first customer to be exact needed a tire, got turned away from Walmart under staff taking appointments only. AQT Co were their only and the nearest tire place because they had to go to work. Coasting neutral to the tire shop because of the flat. After they went to work on their lunch break noticed they had a flat on their break put air in tire went to the shop around the corner from their job.Come to found out that the replaced tire from AQT co had 2holes in it. I’m a very disappointed unsatisfied parent. I was livid when I found tire had holes in it and plus they paid for the tire to be fix. I had my tires fixed at this shop before. I never thought shop would replace a faulty tire on my daughters car. It makes me think, did they take advantage of 2 young ladies that don’t know to much about tires, just was trying to get to work thinking that their tire was repaired.

Been here multiple times and now they are setting Jack so you can’t park in spots. You park elsewhere to go into the office to let them know what you need done and they not yell at you but get on you because of where you’re parking and ask you to park elsewhere and then you gotta go in and move your vehicle.
If there were signs, I could understand, but it’s a blank parking lot. Where else are you supposed to park Ides in a parking stall.
My question is why are Jack’s blocking parking spots that you can pull into to get work done and you’re making your customers park in the back 40 and walk in and then bring your vehicle to the same parking spot that you have Jack’s blocking why not keep the jacks out-of-the-way so you can move in it would make your job easier also.
Instead, we get this cluster and creates arguments every time

I’ve been to this shop before and they were great then, they may be even better now. Went in for a patch they worked fast and efficiently I was in and out in less that 30 minutes, for $20. The tech even took the time to place my donut back in the trunk correctly and put the caps back on my lug nuts, then let me know usually on my make and model the tire monitoring system has to be reset manually, I’m positive he would have shown me how to do it if I didn’t already know how. Great service, thank you so much guys!

Hopefully I'm not jumping the gun on a good review because they just put my new tires on about an hour ago but these guys were fast, took like 30-40 minutes, and the 4 new tires I got put on - including install and tax - was about $300 less than the next cheapest place I looked. Assuming there are no unpleasant surprises, I'll be using these guys for years to come. Glad to have a local tire place; I'm from NC & this was my first time buying new tires in Missouri
