Ray Ochs, a reviewer, says it is not Gary's fault that his shop is unsatisfactory and the work is shoddy. Of course it's his fault! It's his shop!
I have to agree, the work I received was shoddy at best. Gary uses religion as a front. He doesn't walk the walk. Worst place to take your car to. They'll keep adding expenses and break other things and make you pay for it. They won't own up to anything that goes wrong when your car is in their sloppy hands. Not a nice, honest person. Don't let the fake reviews fool you.

I've taken vehicles to Gary for many years (probably 30) when I didn't have the time to fix things myself. I like supporting the local business owners. Gary has been very honest. Good mechanic. Unfortunately I will never take my vehicles to that shop again. Absolute terrible work the last two times. And its not Gary's fault. Parts missing upon return. Parts broken upon return. Parts not installed correctly upon return. Repairs not repaired upon return. Outrageous prices on parts, even more than double dealer part prices on some. If you don't know about vehicle repair, you might not see the shoddy work. I do know about vehicle repair, and the work is not at a professional level. I had to go back and fix stuff that was messed up for some repairs. I hate posting this but I feel compelled to. This may save someone a lot of heartache.

Gary Veil at Trinity Auto repair is one of the most pleasant and honest people I have ever dealt with. he put a motor in my Dodge grand Caravan and 3 years later it's running awesome. Today had an emergency on my Chevrolet Silverado and although he was extremely busy he took me right in and fixed my vehicle so I could go on a 250 mile trip to help my family. Can't thank you enough Gary. God Bless!

They will put faulty parts in your vehicle and not replace them. They try and rob you out of your money. They charge hundreds more for the parts than any store sells them for. They have terrible customer service and yell at their customers. DO NOT RECOMMEND DO NOT GO SEE THESE CROOKS!!!!!!!

Owner (Gary) was very nice and helpful when I went to pick up my van. He was recommended from a friend of my brother. My brother took my van there to get some work done to help me out. You can tell that they are Christian men.

Trinity Auto Repair has fixed both of our cars and my son's truck. We have found them to be both excellent and reasonable. We are grateful and thankful for an honest, reasonable and knowledgeable place for auto repairs. Would recommend this place 100 times over!
