Kristen at my Imperial branch always friendly and helpful. I appreciate that I can feel comfortable knowing she does whatever she can to get me the best rates. I’ve been with state Farm many years and highly recommend them. Personally found “ the grass is NOT always greener “ as I’d slid away a time or two over the years but always back. They handle minutes and home insurance. Couldn’t be more pleased.

Everyone needs to know that State Farm home insurance DOES NOT value loyal customers. They will not give you a loyal customer discount unless you sell your old house and buy a new house within a 30 day period from date of sale to date of purchase of new home. This is practically impossible to do for most people as many closings take 30 + days. That State Farm advertises it loves loyal customers is false advertising and a poor business practice. I am a 30+ year customer of State Farm auto and homeowners insurance. We sold and closed on our home in California on 4/2/2020. Drove to Missouri arriving 4/7/20. Stayed at a Residence Inn for 5 weeks while we found and purchased a new home. We called our agent and tried to buy renters insurance to avoid a gap in coverage. Agent said you can't do that. We closed on our new house in Missouri on May 15th 2020 and had already arranged for homeowners coverage for our new house as part of closing process. We informed State Farm of our intention to continue home owners insurance with them well before closing (we were loyal to State Farm). State Farm even told us we would be getting the loyal customer rate, and that it would save us $150 a year. Now our home escrow needs to be changed to reflect the increase. It's not a huge amount of money but very disingenuous and poor policy. Everybody out there with State Farm homeowners insurance needs to be told about this deceptive practice.

My Ford Focus Has been through a lot in the last couple years with multiple drivers hitting me. This State Farm office has been on top of my claims and very communicative and helpful. Their efficiency and professionalism are such a help in hard times.
