Terrible customer service. My friends and I came in 3 hours before the bowling alley closed. We were greeted by a worker rolling his eyes at us, then proceeding to tell us we only have enough time for one game. Once we finished that game and had over 2 hours left until the alley closed, we asked for a second game, which he completely refused. Never go to this bowling alley. Theres MUCH better options in just about every direction.

Very family oriented establishment. Great prices and good food! I recommend 10 out of 10! Best bowling alley in the metro area!

The staff isn’t friendly or hospitable unless maybe you know them or are on a league. A basic greeting is where I would start in training them, acknowledge your customers.
The vast majority of balls are in rough shape. Giant chucks or chips taken out of them etc.

lanes were absolutely horrible i usually average about a 200 and i broke 100 1 time i would not recommend coming here if you want to bowl good?

I have been going to Imperial bowl for over 40 years. They have updated somethings for sure. However, the staff is typically not very friendly. Today was an exception to that though!

They cater to smokers during the week! Very unhealthy! No wonder bowling alleys are shutting down!
