“This is truly the place with the helpful (and friendly) hardware folks. I was greeted with a smile and "How can I help you?" the minute I came through the door. The gentleman at the key desk was especially helpful. He stepped out from behind the counter to help me find the several items on my list. Check out was a breeze too! I've been there several times and it is the only hardware store I patronize!”
“One of my favorite stores period. As far as farm and home stores go it is always stocked with most of what you need that will last you at the same price as other places that won't. They sell quality at reasonable prices and I appreciate it”

“The 5 stars are for Phil in Windows & Doors at the Fenton, Mo store. Phil helped my wife & I today with several items (spent $555.00) in multiple departments none of which were Windows & Doors. I know he saved us at least an hour if not more time in the store. If Lowes had him training they would have more 'on the ball' employees. Home Depot & Menards would be wise to hire him away and put him in charge. Thanks Phil!”
“I visited this store after experiencing inferior customer service at Lowe’s Arnold. I was pleased to find exceptional customer service and ceiling tiles that were $10 less than what I paid at Lowe’s. I had to buy the remaining tiles here because Lowe's was out of stock. Excellent job, Home Depot! I won’t be returning to Lowe’s again.”

“I don't like how they close off aisles for extended periods of time. Sometimes I need to grab something in a hurry and end up waiting 10 minutes because something is being stocked. Other than that, the store has most of what I need most of the time.”

“On New Years we purchased a dishwasher. We were trying to decide between several models. While looking at the different dishwashers we also spotted a refrigerator we liked but were not sure it would fit. In all the confusion between the different dishwashers and refrigerators we somehow purchased the wrong dishwasher. On 1/9/23 I realized our error and returned to Lowe's. Chris was more than accommodating In making sure that we were credited and now had the dishwasher we wanted. We had also on 1/2/23 purchased a refrigerator and paid the extra to have I hauled away. Mentioning to our grandson that we were getting a new refrigerator he said that he would like our old one for his garage. Chris again was more than helpful to get me the credit as we no longer wanted our old refrigerator hauled away. Everyone we reacted with was very accommodating and seemed to desire to make your visit go smoothly. I recommend this store for any of your needs large or small.”
